Dr. Eivans, the dental hygienists and the office staff at Advanced Smiles are amazing! From the moment I called to make my appointment, the voice on the other end of the phone was just as welcoming as when I walked into the beautiful dental office. My hygienists was SO gentle, friendly and talked me through every part of the cleaning process. Dr. Eivans is SO professional and personable, and I truly felt like the only patient in the office. This was my first appointment ever with Advanced Smiles Dental, and it was outstanding. I was greeted with a smile and kind hello when I arrived. My appointment was right on schedule. The equipment seemed state of the art, and the hygienist was very friendly. My previous dentist retired, and I was his patient for 31 years. I was a bit freaked out at changing, but I am all good now. I highly recommend Advanced Smiles Dental!

I had a good experience for my regular cleaning appointment and also x-rays this time. I have extremely sensitive teeth and the hygienist did a great job applying the numbing agent and used care when having to rinse with the cold water. X-rays were taken quickly and expertly. Dr. Eivens did my annual oral cancer exam, reviewed my x rays, and we scheduled some work to be done. I'm very happy with Advanced Smiles dental.

Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly staff. The waiting room is luxurious with nice chairs to sit on. My name was called by the hygenist (Chantel) that will be inspecting my teeth and performing a cleaning. She asked me how I was feeling and was very pleasant. She did a painless excellent job. I meet the Dentist Dr. Evans and she was very nice and professional when examining by teeth. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
