They were pleasant they just move entirely too SLOW on both the vision & dental side & my daughter got very antsy waiting even though we were simply waiting for the dentist to come out of his office & same with the eye doc. She was very thorough which I appreciated but my child did not lol.
My daughter, Nova- Hope, went here most of her childhood & we loved it there. So of course I brought my 16 year old neice who I have custody of, here also. The Dentist, tech's & secretary's are always kind & knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them. I did notice the kids area is gone, but it still got the whole kid esthetic going on with the paintings for kids.
Best place ever I felt very welcome since the moment I walk in until the moment I walked out Dr.Allen was the best she made sure I was good the whole time and all the staff where so nice
I’ve rate my scheduled appointment today as of 5/21/26 as an 5 out of 5. Great customer service. I was informed of everything that was going on with My Youth and also provided me with the paperwork After my visit. the one Young lady I have given Recognition for a 5 star would be Ms. Katria. She was very pleasant and helpful.
Dr Alen and Ms Kisha was awesome Quick, great service my son had to get 3 fill in and we were in and out Great job ladies. My son said he didn’t feel anything he will be but not for a fill in
I like the dentist very much but the appointment line for vision is horrible. I've called 2 times and the agent who picked said that the front desk is busy. They either need to hire more workers or something because i shouldn't have to keep calling for something as simple as scheduling.

The Dr. took the time to explain each step of the exam, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The office was clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me confidence in the quality of care.
