Aesthetic Dental Studio

I came to this dentist following a front tooth chip, I required bonding on the tooth to make full again, the quality of the repair is appalling . They have made the tooth smaller then the front tooth next to it and it steps down and the colour they used is brown and stands out a mile away, the repair is also rough on the front and back and sticks forward more then usual, the match to the tooth next to it is discusting, I have left with grinder marks on the good part of the tooth where they missed when grinding the bonding down may I add again they have given me half a brown tooth it looks like a child has done the job and is having major effects on my mental health, i immediately told the dentist my concern after they finished as I was shocked they was done and there reply was *a long pause*”it’s because you came as an emergency appointment” absolutely discusting butcherd the tooth and made me look like a drug user STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST

I attended this dentist as there was no other dentist taking on nhs patients when I returned back to Nottingham. I explained my circumstances with my teeth to the dentist who had no interest at all. I asked on several occassions for them to obtain my info from my previous dentist and this was not acknowledged, then he decided to say this is not something he does and then try to educate me how it is not safe to send emails with patient information lol. He just seemed to have no interest, It's like I went there to have many discussions and he was not bothered to look any further just listen to me vent. My children attended and could have done with a scale and polish he said he doesnt do that either, (like what do u do then) I did not see any point attending this dentist, just wasted my money on parking for all I care. I told this dentist I had an infection he said he wont be giving antibiotics he didnt even look in my mouth. He told me antibiotics are not good. I moved to seven dental when they had an opening and today they have said due to how wide the infection has spread as my Aesthetic dental studio did not acknowledged it has now spread severley under the tooth and the one next to it may need removing. Aesrhtic dental is a joke and I would not recommend to anybody. They need closing down, its a made up dentist, plus they always ring to cancel, the dentist are so rude as well and very dismissive and has now caused me something that could have been prevented had he cared enough. Need reporting and closing.

Very bad money grabbing dentist. All the 1 star reviews I have read on hear are bang on!!!!! Don't care at all if your in pain, very bad communication and only want cosmetic work.

I was referred to Aesthetic Dental Studio at 44 High Pavement in Nottingham by NHS 111 for an emergency appointment because my tooth had broken and I was in severe pain and couldn't eat or drink. I was pleased to get seen within 24 hours and drove 30 minutes for the appointment, however I was disappointed that the appointment lasted 3 minutes and the dentist was unable to treat me. He told me I needed to see a dentist ASAP for a filling or maybe an extraction and he can only do temporary dressing. I wasn't given any mouthwash/ cleaning/ antibacterial etc before the temporary dressing was applied and once it was inserted and I had bitten down it was done and I was able to leave. He explained the temporary dressing wouldn't last long and was a short term fix until I could see a dentist. I explained I cannot get an nhs dentist because they are all full in my area. I was told that there is nothing they can do. I asked the receptionist for my paper work and an aftercare form but they didn't have anything they could give me, just the payment receipt. I left feeling strange and unsure of how I can get the help I need for my tooth. I haven't experienced this feeling before when leaving a dentist so thought I should leave a review to provide feedback and help others. I've seen a few responses to reviews from patients with similar experiences to mine where Aesthetic Dental Studio has replied saying it wasn't them, so I want to be absolutely clear... I have screen shots of the online nhs forms I signed for treatment with Aesthetic Dental Studios logo and was treated at their premises.

I visited today after 10 years of not going to the dentist and I was so worried but I didn’t need to be. The lady on reception was lovely and even when I couldn’t have the normal xray the dentist was calm and kind.the practice is clean and welcoming. I have future appointments planned and I’m just glad I finally have a dentist. My children are also visiting in a few weeks for their first appointments.

A Very professional dentist in a very clean environment doing an excellent job in helping and advising me to keep my teeth in good health. Will always try to see you in an emergency which is extremely appreciated if your faced with a problem. All the staff are helpful and friendly too.

After finding this dentist accepted new NHS patients, I emailed them with my concerns and need to book an appointment. I was booked in within days for my initial examination. I had expressed that I'm an extremely nervous patient, and was met with kindness and profession. The dentist I saw, Rose I think her name is, was amazingly kind and patient with me through 3 appointments which concluded in an extraction and partial denture on a front tooth. She and all the staff I encountered made my visits feel at ease, and like I wasn't rushed or brushed over as being anxious. I'm very happy with the outcome of my treatment, and would definitely recommend, especially if like me, you are scared of dentists. Thank you all so much!

I visited yesterday for an emergency dental appointment. I found the female dentist to be very thorough and personable. I was surprised at how much time she gave me, and how warm and approachable she was. Although I didn't require any treatment, I was really grateful at how she reassured me and informative she was. I have now signed up as a patient!
