UPDATE on Aesthetic Dentistry of Bend! I wrote a 5 star review a while back about Dr Wold and his fantastic staff from the front desk, assistants, to the hygienists, ALL are fantastic. Everyone is kind, caring and very professional, and Dr Wold was a great dentist who did a fine job on crowns, fillings, etc, over the years we've been coming here. NOW, Dr Wold has retired and I was nervous who Dr Amundson was and what changes would happen. My husband and I have both been in for two cleanings now under Dr Amundson and his hygienist (she's the BEST I think either one of us have ever had, and the rest were all good in the past, but she just does a better job! Our teeth are CLEAN, and gums even better!) Recently Dr Amundson took care of the last three crowns that we and the Dr Wold had been watching over the past few years on the two of us. Dr Amundson is truly a well experienced and knowledgeable Dentist. Helped explain everything he was doing and why, and was very caring and patient. A perfect fit! My husband came home talking about his procedure the same way as well, and Mike is not one to sound like a commercial talking about anything - but he did, he really loved the dental work done that day and our new dentist. I was there today and can honestly say we're very comfortable and thrilled with our new dentist, Dr Amundson, and the women in the front office, along with his assistant and the amazing hygienist who we already knew hit all high marks on the professional scale. They're just so helpful. I will miss the Office Manager, Teresa, and hope she has moved onto something new that she loves just as much. She was dear to us. I just wanted to leave this note on the new team and Doctor. I'm grateful they're all there.

I would not recommend Dr. Wold as a dentist. Over the past three years, almost every filling I had done there has fallen out. When I asked him to replace one that felt wrong, he refused and told me, “You’ve been brushing so well, I don’t need to replace that filling,” which made no sense to me at the time. Now I’m dealing with major problems with that same tooth. He was my dentist for many years, but I also noticed a very high staff turnover in his office. In my experience, he was often rude and not pleasant to deal with. After spending a significant amount of money on dental work that failed within just a few years, I’m extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Wold:

Dr Amundson is very thorough and explained the work he was doing while doing it. Cheri the hygenist gave me the best cleaning i have ever had. I'm excited to have found my dental office and come back for my cleanings. Thanks Aesthetic Dentistry of Bend team!!

Service was exceptional. I love the team, they do a great job of making me feel comfortable. Especially the young lady at the front, Emily. Dr. Amundson is great, and gave me information none of my dentists had given me before. Would give 10 stars if I could, definitely recommend this dental office!

I can’t say enough good things about this office! Dr. Amundson was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time during my procedure and it honestly made such a difference. Cheri, the hygienist, gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had! She’s so thorough and kind. The entire staff is amazing. Everyone’s friendly, caring, and makes you feel right at home. I actually look forward to my visits now! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with people who truly care about their patients.

Dr. Pete and his team are awesome! The office is nice & they have modern tech with a 3D scanner & can make crowns in-house. I just moved to the area & needed a cleaning and 2 crowns & they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. You can tell Dr. Pete is a honest guy, is very experienced & cares about what he does & his patients. If you need a good dentist, give them a call!
