This was a nice change , I brought my wife in for her gum surgery, typically we would be met with grouchy or overburdened staff (not this office)everyone was friendly and helpfull . I have to say to those in charge you may not know what you have as a receptionist but in today’s world she is a gem. Marie was kind , knowledgeable, and very helpfull a smile like that to greet in an office environment nowadays is extremely rare your very lucky to have acquired such great personal . Randy and amy

I usually don’t post anything but I had to because the care I received was exceptional! It started with a phone call. I was frustrated and had attitude because there was a mix up with my appointment time. Christina was great! She was kind and considerate and accommodating. Today I met Dr Cruz and she was Amazing. Very thorough in her explanation of my issue and the therapy necessary to treat it. I highly recommend Aesthetic Periodontal & Implant Specialist. And of course Dr Cruz who took care of me with minimal pain!!

Excellent and efficient practice. There is very little wait at the appointment. From check in to check out the staff was very professional and attentive. Dr. Cruz was very thorough in discussing the procedure using words that I can understand. Christina did a fantastic job at discussing the cost and give me options as to what my insurance covers. Laura and Dr. Cruz were very patience with me during the procedure and explained things as the procedure progressed. Dr. Cruz even called me the next day to check on my status. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cruz and her staff to my friends and family.

This was my first visit to this office and I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Hosseini and his entire staff. Desiree welcomed us as soon as we entered and her positive attitude helped make an otherwise anxiety-filled event easier. Tammy was thorough in her explanation of our proposed treatment plan and she — like everyone we spoke to — was patient in answering all of our questions. I left with a clear understanding of my options and their associated costs. Total transparency. Most of all, I appreciate how respectful the staff was of our time. I had a “hard” appointment following this visit and they remained mindful of my time. I highly recommend this clinic and am going into my procedure with the highest confidence that Dr. Hosseini and his staff will deliver the same exceptional service.

Dr. and the dental assistant are both excellent—professional, caring, and great at what they do. I’m very happy with the care I received from the clinical team. However, I’ve had a frustrating experience with the billing and insurance side. It’s been over 7 months since I paid out of pocket, and I’m still waiting for reimbursement from my insurance, even though the treatment was covered. The administrative side has been slow to follow up and resolve the issue, which has been stressful and disappointing. I hope the office improves communication and efficiency when it comes to billing and insurance in the future, because the clinical care truly deserves five stars.

When you are first told that you need implants terror sets in. I had consultations with 2 dentists and left confused and unsure each time. Then Dr Amir Hosseini was recommended to me. From the moment I stepped into their office it was like the gates of heaven opened up for me. Then I met with the doctor..and this man was so much more knowledgeable than the others before him and so very patient..that I knew I had found my guy. I had my surgery, got my implants and could not be happier with my choice! This doctor and his ENTIRE staff are beyond amazing. It was only after the surgery that I goggled the doctors name. I encourage you to do that because what I read greatly explained why I felt such confidence in him plus the staff he has amassed make you feel special and not like just another patient. I know I can only give this team 5 stars but they deserve 10
