Dr. Genis was very friendly and personable. Explained the implant process and I felt relieved and positive about the procedures. Had a much better experience at the Abington office than the Montgomery Mall location. I will be going through with 6 implants and feel that he is very competent.

Hate to give a bad review because I have had a good experience with the actual dental work and with Dr Kim but be weary of the office staff. Every time I come in for an appointment I am told I owe a different balance than what was explained to me at my prior visit. After pushing back on this, magically the receptionist was able to make $400 disappear from my balance with no explanation. Then when I asked for invoices for all of my previous appointments, the receptionist delayed and delayed and did not provide them to me. I would not recommend this dental office. Update: After deciding not to return to this office for any further work I received a notification months later that I owe an additional balance and if not paid it will be sent to collections. I asked for an explanation of the balance and then the billing department said it was sent in error….again. I don’t understand how there can be so many billing errors with just one patient.

They were absolutely wonderful with my daughter! They took great care of her, and she left feeling so happy and comfortable. She did everything that’s right for her age without any fear. I also loved the location and the overall atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Took my 18-year-old son to this new dental office and we had a great experience! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in easy and stress-free. The doctors were informative, took their time explaining everything, and made sure my son felt comfortable throughout the visit. Definitely a great place for teens and young adults!

10/10 would definitely recommend. The front office staff is amazing. Dr. Kim is the best . She made sure I was comfortable before beginning any work. Before coming here I dreaded going to the dentist. While it’s still not my favorite place in the world, I no longer dread going.
