Rewritten review It was 5:20 on a Thursday afternoon—what I used to call the “arsenic hours,” when kids, pets, homework, and dinner all collide. Some days that time can feel chaotic, but yesterday was a pleasant surprise. I called Smile Mission and had the pleasure of speaking with Angel, a genuinely warm and attentive young man. Right away Angel greeted me by name and asked about my daughter, which made the conversation feel personal. When he said, “You’re Annette, and your daughter is Chelsea? The last time you were here was three years ago,” I felt truly seen. He was patient, friendly, and made me feel like I was the only person he was helping. I was also glad to hear how much the practice has grown in the past three years. It’s comforting to know that Dr. Dustin Pfundheller, D.M.D., the founder and owner, still runs the offices with the same mission: affordable, healthy smiles without pressure to upsell. Of course, every practice will have occasional issues, but my experience was professional and reassuring. This was our first time being here. I brought my Momma (96 YO) in for a cleaning. The waiting room was very full, we did wait a good bit. Our first contact was with Miss Patrice (took the panorama pictures) Patrice was so respectful, caring, soft, and explained everything to Momma as She worked. We loved her. She then took us to the room, sat us down and took mom’s B/P. She is so sweet! Then Miss Maria came in, also so very nice. She explained the Dr would be in shortly and look over the X-rays. When the Dr came in, he greeted Momma, was so precious in the way he spoke to her! He gave her self worth and said he would work with her to give her a smile she wanted. He was surprised She still had all her own teeth 🤗. The dentist even joked with her when She said she wanted her front teeth not looking like a chipmunk. When he finished, Miss Maria, helped set us up with the cleaning needed, printed out to show Momma what her insurance would cover and what her portion would be. The ppl we encounter during our visit were amazing! I could not ask for a better place to take my Momma and my family for the best experience! Thank You

My family has been with The Smile Mission for over 4 years. They offer services not covered by insurance at affordable rates unlike other dental clinics. Their staff is friendly and professional. They never push for unnecessary dental work, which happens often at other clinics. They have flexible schedules, as well. We’re grateful for our friend who recommended them to us and we now would like to recommend them to any who may come across this review.

This dental office is beyond wonderful in every way. My experiences have met my expectations over and over again. I want to acknowledge my hygienist, Mina. He was so great explaining my treatment and so awesome at what he does!! I can tell you that the deep cleaning that I had done was comfortable and the best that I have ever had. Jaylin in the front was so welcoming and just a joy to work with. I thank you all very much! This was at the dental office in Hudson, Florida
