The staff, hygienists, and doctor are always friendly and thorough. They explain procedures and charges up front and always check what insurance will cover. They make sure you are comfortable as well and they are very responsive to calls.

Went 6-8 months ago with an emergency for a tooth. I hate the dentist and was terrified but had an amazing experience. Proceeded to book my next appointment to get the rest of my teeth fixed. They told me they were on a long wait, I knew my insurance would still be good so I said yes, book me for the 8 months from now. 2 days prior to the appointment I get a call they need to reschedule. Next opening… December. Its June. I really really enjoy and felt comfortable at this dentistry. But my appointment getting pushed 6 months, and being on a cancellation list, which I was on the first 8 months does not give me any peace of mind. I unfortunately will have to look about going somewhere else. Which is fine, But I could have done that almost a year and a half ago if I had known it would take almost a year and a half to get an appointment here. I am very disappointed in the communication. I am posting this as I had a tooth break that could have easily been noticed and fixed if I had my original appointment. I really really would love to come here but the year plus wait makes it impossible.

I absolutely love Julie who cleans my teeth. She is very thorough. And takes time to let me get drinks of water because my mouth is so dry.

Omg!!! I had the best experience here with the dental hygienist Tiffany!!! She was the best she informed on everything she was going to do during my prophylaxis cleaning. She made sure that before they proceed my insurance was gonna cover everything and Alivia was informative as well as they went over it with me!!! I really hope I get Tiffany again in 6 months when I go back!!! She did an amazing job on my teeth. Thank you so much!!!

I made an appointment here for an emergency tooth extraction through their listed phone #. I was not contacted for days after the initial call to confirm or deny the appointment, when they did contact me I needed to resubmit my documents multiple times, and eventually had to end up calling to figure out the issue. After calling I submitted my dental insurance as well, and they did not confirm nor deny if it was covered in any percentage. When I called the day of my appointment, I was told I was scheduled for an exam as well(which they told me over “patient services” I didn’t need for an emergency extraction) and that my insurance only covers 50-80%. Normally if I had been aware of this situation I could have made accommodations to obviously pay for the service. After being told all of this I had to cancel my appointment the day of and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude about me trying to explain to her that for future customers they need to step-up their communication. Upon calming down from the situation I researched my insurance network and ALSO FOUND that they are actually not even covered underneath what I have, so they also blatantly lied to me about my “coverage percentage” (50-80%) I will not be recommending anyone ever go here.
