My friend has been getting jerked around by the so Burlington office for over a year... didn't have a problem taking her money and she's still waiting for her teeth...they don't even return her phone calls...I told her she ought to get her lawyer involved because that's ridiculous...they had her drive to appts n never called to cancel kinda rude considering she had to drive 2 hours to get there to find out they were closed after having appt. I think if I was her I'd sit there until I had the dentures(top +bottom) I had paid for....so if you want to be toothless go here!!!
I waited over one year for my permanent dentures. Affordable dentures kept cancelling appointments because they had no technicians. I finally got in yesterday and was told my dentures were ready. They were not. I was also told I would have to return two more times. It’s 130 miles round trip for me. I want a refund so I can go to a more reliable and competent company. I would not and will not recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone.

I'm in the process of getting top dentures and went to Affordable Dentures for that service. In the meantime I needed to have a single broken tooth extracted prior to having my other teeth removed. The dentist was knowledgeable and efficient, and I was in and out of the chair in about half an hour. I'm pleased with the service and reasonable cost so will be returning to finish the procedure in the very near future to get my new dentures.
I appreciate the staff trying to help me. The prices are better than some other places or private dental practices. However, in order to get the color I wanted and to be able to do a try on, I needed to upgrade to economy plus. Next, when they took impressions, I had to return a couple of times because they did one gum impression and not the other at the original appointment. Next, the final try-in was disastrous. The denture teeth looked small, the lower gum was dented in and I could barely speak. When asked if they could fix the problem, they told me that they felt very sorry that they could not help me and then offered me a full refund. Over 15 years ago, I made my current dentures at Affordable Dentures and found that they did a fantastic job. The only reason why I needed a new set of dentures was because upper one broke in one place. I can still use them though. I asked if they could repair my current denture, and they told me no. I think this would be a valuable service to offer to customers.
Taking one star for the wait. My first appointment was canceled by the office and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Then the wait time to be seen was an hour and a half. Once seen by the dentist it all went fast. The dentist and his assistant were down to earth and extremely kind. I got two teeth extracted and was extremely nervous. They were great through it. He did a great job, no swelling, almost no pain at all. I’m 5 days post extraction and almost healed. I highly recommend just know getting in the door isn’t quick but you will be in good hands once in he door.
Affordable Dentures is a great place. The nurses are all amazing and friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. They had a couple emergencies while I was there so I had a bit of a wait, but after that passed, it was quick, they got me in and out quickly and had my dentures ready within a couple hours and they came out great. Overall I had a great experience at Affordable Dentures
