All the staff from reception to finance to the techs hygienests not sure of all your titles, to the dentist ive been in contact with have all been wonderful. I was really scared to have all my teeth removed. The procedure went well. They all made it better than I anticipated. Now i am just excited to be healed and am hopeful for a great outcome. Thank you all.
The entire team has been wonderful. It’s no fun finding out that none of your teeth can be saved. But heredity aside, the encouragement and gentle care I have received every visit has given me hope that the healing hill is not insurmountable. Thank you!
Everyone has a different experience. Michelle, Nicole and Keyana are awesome. I had some difficulty at the beginning and had several adjustments but still had some issues. Yesterday I went and they were able to reset the immediate dentures for me and I'm much happier with them and my decision to get dentures. I'm still in the healing phase and know I will need more adjustments and then the final set. I'm thankful that Keyana was able to correct the situation and am looking forward to the final outcome. Michelle and Nicole are always very respectful, welcoming and listen. I will keep updating through the process.
The staff here is AMAZING. There was an issue getting information from my prior dentist and Dr. Yu went above and beyond to find the scan disk we needed to get my smile back. A huge thank you to all their amazing staff!
I don't recommend if you want to be treated like a human & not unimportant cattle being herded. I came for my appt. Am here Right now. Been sitting for 10 min. Woman hasn't even acknowledged my existence yet. Not very reassuring. Finally called to her desk to say your not providers of my insurance... You could've told me that sooner. I mean what'd I fill out the online stuff for anyway🤷
