I previously posted that I was disappointed with my partials that did not fit properly. When I went back, they remade my upper partial. Now they fit perfectly. I am very happy with the results. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

The 1st evaluation went good. Little bit confusing on payments and plans but for me was no problem. They done imprints and 5 days later went in for fitting the wait was over an hour but once inside they had me fitted up quickly and ready to be on my way with an appointment in 3 weeks for my 1st follow up. Very happy two days later writing this. The dentures so far fit great and no problems. Everyone was very nice and professional. They could explain financing a little better on the evaluation visit. This place does very well with making patients feel truly cared for. My experience was great and I was in and out with a whole set of new dentures in under an hour! My smile is wonderful now!

Went in for an adjustment. The young lady was very knowledgeable and willing to go to any lengths for me to have a better fit. Some things got better with adjustment however after a few hours I noticed some other really painful areas. This is going to be a process and I’m glad there is friendly staff doing the adjustment

Absolutely horrible experience for my mother. Definitely would not recommend the Pea Ridge, WV location as the front desk staff member (blonde hair) is incompetent with billing insurance and scheduling the proper procedures for appointments. Miscommunication and no communication!

I received my denture, it was a little too big so I couldn’t wear all week.!I was discussed & left a bad review. But I made an appointment for it. I should have waited to say anything. They fix them willingly, they fix great! As it turned out they are the best dentures I ever had ! Everyone is so nice there, no problem making an appointment to accommodate you for your convenience. Give them a chance & go with them, you won’t be sorry!!!

It took quite a few months of frustration and different things that they tried but finally my bottom dentures fit pretty good right now so now I just have to wait and see if they stay that way it’s a staff are really great. They work with you. The doctor was really good too.

Can't thank them enough!! I had a set made last year at another place and they were horrible. I could not stand to even look at them. Saved a little money up and tried here! I'm so pleased! Very kind, courteous, helpful!! 100 stars!!

I was given a next-day appointment for a minor repair when I called about having a chip fixed. The staff were friendly and personable. The technicians were knowledgeable and compassionate, even asking if I'd like to wear a mask in the lobby for my comfort while I waited for my repair to be done by the lab technician. Service was FAST from start to finish. I have never had a better dental experience than in this office!
