Affordable Dentures & Implants

I have been more then patient with this office but enough is enough. Extraction and ultimate denture package has came up super short on satisfaction guaranteed. I was sold a ultimate denture package which I paid 1500 extra out of pocket for just to make sure I received a final set of teeth and though everyone in office kept promising me the second set, yesterday they told me NO and that my insurance only paid for the temps. It's why I purchased the upgrade out of pocket! The whole process was a nightmare from the beginning. Dentist and techs joked and played while I was having extractions. Dentist was constantly changing songs on his phone while extracting my teeth. Not changing his gloves but introducing germs to my mouth. I had exposed bone in my jaw since the first day he extracted teeth and they told me to keep the teeth in even though my mouth was absessing and swollen and infected. I have been back twice to cut the ONJ out my jaw but it is still exposed 3 months post surgery. They tell me to come back on the 13th of July to try and cut it again. It's been exposed for over 3 months!! Not something to keep putting off but you guys are professionals right? I have been patient with these people and they have been so nice and telling me what I want to hear up until now. I guess I hit the 100 day satisfaction guarantee deadline.the total cost after my insurance was 7000.00. Now that is after my insurance paid for about 1500 of the total before the 1500 dollar upgrade. I could have had the temp dentures without the upgrade! This is just the way the company does this so that they can pocket my 1500 dollars. If this company or the Dentist had any ounce of self respect then they would refund my 1500 dollars for the upgrade and let me seek out another dentist to fix my exposed jaw bone. It's Malpractice and i am sure there are many elderly people being taken advantage of at this location and not just me. I wonder how the woman in office sleep at night when they witness people everyday getting taken advantage of and not following through with the promises they make. Let's make you feel super comfortable, rip all your teeth out promising a perfect smile and then just be okay knowing that the person is left with a crap product, not able to eat or function correctly and faced with the fact that you are no longer going to help them get to the end phase that was promised. Let's not mention how my bonegraph stitches opened up the second day and I had empty sockets that stayed open for a couple months with no bone graph material left in them. I have pictures of my mouth everyday throughout the whole process.This is not going to be an issue until I actually get implants and you guys know it. Just imagine if it was one of your kids or your parent in my shoes. I will do my best to spread the word through Colorado Springs about my experience to help others avoid this nightmare.

As someone who typically avoids the dentist, I was genuinely very impressed with this office! Everyone that I encountered or interacted with was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained and talked me through everything that they were doing and suggested recommendations, but never pressured me to do a certain treatment. I think I’ve found a dentist I am willing to return to for regular visits!

ADI 2110 Southgate Rd The staff were welcoming and kind. The dental assistant was thoughtful, gentle and respectful. Lexi is so sweet and has been so patient with my readjustments. Dr. Walker was more than thorough in explaining all my options and available procedures. I cannot say enough about the staff. The cost is more than reasonable and the customer service and care are exemplary! I am a very nervous and uncomfortable patient. Thank for a very pleasant exsperience❣️

I made the mistake of using this place once. The device that was created, cracked and broke within a week and a half. When I went back to have it repaired, The doctor told me that he was being fired and refused to do the work. I had to debate with him and his staff for quite some time before they finally agreed to refund my money. The lady at the front desk also argued with me about refunding the money and was extremely rude. They finally did refund the money. When the new doctor came in several weeks later, I attempted to schedule another appointment to have this redone, and they refused to book an appointment for me. I’ve dealt with extensive dental work most of my life, and I have never been in such an unprofessional environment and been made to feel or not cared about. With a competitive environment today, I would highly recommend trying somewhere else.

Staff were knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Walker spent time explaining the procedures I need. He listened and answered my questions clearly. Fees are reasonable compared to other clinics.

I've had a great experience with ADI. The staff made me feel welcomed and Dr. Walker has been up front and honest about all procedures. 3-D is the best and the knowledge of all employees is outstanding. If you need dentures or implants this is the place. I'm still in the process but so far all is great.
