I went in today for my appointment. Everybody was so friendly and nice they take their time they want to make sure you're happy
Be ready to be treated like you’re talking to a car salesman. The staff must be over worked cause when you show up to your appointment early and then you still have to wait 45 minutes past your appointment time to be seen. That’s ok with them. However if I’m a few minutes late to my appointment I get rescheduled?? Hum? How does that make sense? And then when the staff gets you back to the office room they make you feel like their number one goal is to see how much they can upsell ya and get ya out as fast as possible!! Or at least this is how I have felt with my experience. Maybe the staff should show a little more empathy towards there patients. And act like they actually want to help you out! Also getting them to answer the phone is horrible! All they want to do is send you text messages and not actually physically talk to you. Again I believe they are over worked and under staffed! Beware if you choose to go here.
From start to end they took care of me. Made me feel comfortable and was a quick process. It’s hard for me to miss work so they took that into consideration and worked around that. I’m very satisfied with the service and the outcome of my teeth.
I came in on Tuesday and had my teeth pulled and temporary dentures put in. I gave the dentist rave reviews because he was very quick with pulling my teeth and made me feel pretty comfortable. Well ... It's 2 days later and I'm in a lot of pain. I have ehlers danlos syndrome and I bruise and swell a lot easier than the normal person. He gave me 8 hydrocodone for 2 days. That would have been great if I wasn't having a lot of pain. They don't want to see me back for 6 weeks. They will not call in just a few more pain meds to get through this pain. I can't believe after all of this, I can't get better treatment. They don't even want to make sure nothing else is going on. I'm still spitting up blood. I'm about to go to urgent care and let them check out what's going on. I'm in PAIN. I'd post pics if I could on here. Highly disappointed. Because of my condition, I have more issues than "normal people". She didn't even want to leave a message for the dentist. I will be taking my pics in on my 6 week visit. If I have to go to urgent care and there's an infection, I'm going to report it. I'm sorry but this is not how a concerned dentist acts. I guess he is not
Best dentist I've ever been to! He's very fast at extracting teeth! I'm a very nervous person and I felt at ease with him. The staff is very nice and very helpful with any concerns you have! I highly recommend this place!
I highly recommend. The staff took exceptional care of me. Very friendly and polite. The dentist took his time with all my extractions. They were all very attentive to my needs and concerns and answered all my questions. Thank you Affordable Dentures for taking such exceptional care of me. Can't wait for my follow up appointment!!! Don't hesitate make an appointment today. They even helped me get financing for my dentures. They look so real can't tell they are not real!!!! Very satisfied with my dentures!!!
