My first visit was mostly amazing. The Dr and techs in the the back area were great, greeted you with a smile and a hello! But the front desk associate( not all) was not friendly at all didn't greet you with a hello, smile or anything! I wasn't only one complaining about that. Other than that, would recommend you to try them out! Does amazing work!! Thanks to Dr's and tech staff in the back!! You guys were great!!!

For someone who’s been afraid to go to the Dentist (like everyone), before and during my visit I was made very comfortable. They were knowledgeable after my explanation, they were compassionate, and had the best advice for me ever. I appreciate Affordable Dentures, Charlotte Office entire staff. They are the BEST!!! I LOVE MY NEW SMILE.

I have an infected tooth I’m on antibiotics for. Yesterday the pain became unbearable. In my desperate attempt to find an appointment I was calling everywhere. This office apparently has a call center of some kind making their appointments. They made me a 1030 appointment. I was firm in that I ONLY WANTED AN EMERGENT Extraction. That if they weren’t going to be able to do that, please don’t waste my time as my pain is a 10/10. They reassured me more than once they’d be able to help. So I went at 1030. Checked in, in person with the desk with an ice pack on my face explaining I was here to get my tooth out. She sent me pages of paperwork to fill out and told me sit down. I sat for over an hour in the busy waiting room. In some of the worst pain of my life ( and for had twins, naturally) Eventually I was called back and given an xray. Then taken back into a chair where the dentist ( maybe idk no one introduced themselves) looked at my tooth and said yup tooth 15 needs to come out. But we’re done doing them for the day. Sorry.then a nurse came in with a referral and told me of a place close by I could pay to have it pulled but after I left I realized she didn’t write any of the information for that dentist down. I said why in the world would you make my appointment??? I was extremely clear what I needed. He said oh you must of used the 1800 number. But I’m at a loss for why that should matter? If you’re using a service they need to KNOW AND WORK W/the office to make appointments that actually work. And if that was truly the case why didn’t the secretary tell me when I walked in and stated what I was there for??? They supposedly stopped before my appointment was even made!!! I personally think it’s an insurance hustle. Now they can charge for the xray and “exam” which was sitting me in the chair for 2 min. Also after putting my insurance info in at time of appointment and in paperwork when I got there the nurse at the end told me she saw no insurance on file. Absolute crap. I plan on contacting my insurance company to let them know I think it was a complete set up.

I’m usually not that great at doing reviews. However, I really do like affordable dentures. I will refer them to anybody. They were so quick. Everybody was very polite kind. For as many people that was there your wait is not as long as you would think it would be. And my favorite part is you have 100 days to get your dentures adjusted to your self. Definitely a great experience for such a scary situation.

My husband and I both scheduled a day off from work after dedicating an hour to making this appointment and providing all necessary insurance details. Upon our arrival, following an hour-long drive for my husband's appointment, we were informed that his insurance is not accepted. Could you please clarify why this information was not communicated prior to the appointment being scheduled, and before we allocated time off from work and traveled for over an hour? The customer service at this establishment is among the most unsatisfactory I have encountered. The level of unhelpful demeanor within this facility, stemming from internal communication and knowledge deficiencies, is notable. It is certainly not my responsibility to compensate for their operational shortcomings. I requested to speak with an office manager and was asked to wait, yet no one subsequently addressed my concerns. The pervasive discourtesy experienced here is remarkable. We will not be utilizing or recommending this facility to anyone. Clients are entitled to a higher standard of service. Should have known how the quality of service would be when pulling in the parking lot with random Dirty diapers, half eaten food containers, and other random garbage scattered in the parking lot. This whole experience is just absolutely horrible!! NEVER AGAIN

They did an amazing job on my daughter’s teeth. She couldn’t be happier to have her smile back …. Yes it was an all day process, but the end result was worth it. They were helpful, understanding and kept us updated through the process … so glad we found them

I broke one of my front teeth on Monday and was absolutely devastated. I work with the public, so my smile is very important to me. I immediately called my mom crying, and she suggested I contact Affordable Dentures & Implants. I called that same day and was able to schedule an appointment for Friday the 20th. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I went in with my insurance card and copay in hand — expecting the worst — and walked out with a beautiful new smile that honestly looks even better than before. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that I cried when I found out I only had to pay my copay and that all of my work would be completed the same day. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I truly could not be happier with the service I received and the kindness shown to me. I will absolutely be recommending Affordable Dentures & Implants to my friends and family. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!
