started off wonderful then down hill. They started canceling my appointments on the same day and I am a hour drive to OPK. They did this twice and could not tell me when I was going to get my dentures. I am still waiting for a call and will call again if I do not get a call this week.

Could not be any happier! This team is great. Like everyone on the planet, I hate the dentist. From Arlett, to Princess and Ana I couldn't be in better hands. I had a consultation and Dr Dasari and this group sold me, and we're even better after my treatment. 💯 thank you so much.

Everyone has been very helpful & kind. I was able to eat food l haven’t ate in years at the rehearsal dinner without to much difficulty It took ( trips back to get this good of fit with my first dentures. I still have to spots that need attention but l am so so happy with them. Tell the doctor thank you for his work and the discount. 🦋

Today I waited 60 minutes before seeing the dentist for a quick check and CT scan. Afterwards I needed a second set of moldings but was told the assistant needed to go to lunch so there wasn’t time and I would need to come back in a few days. If I hadn’t waited an hour, there would have been time. Also, when I call to ask a question or reschedule an appt, I always chose option two for existing patient and no one ever calls me back. I’ve probably left 5 voicemails in the last two months without a call back. The doctor and the assistants are very kind, I think the administrative areas need some work.

Not sure on quality of dentures yet but the process was painful. We had to drug information oit if them on the products they offer and the process. Out of 6 people we worked with through the process had 2 with any bedside manner and pleasantries. Constant issues and struggles. Although only once did we have to wait very long. It was more about the staff at this point. Verdict is out on quality still.

Be very careful! They want payment before they make the dentures. They don’t tell you that if your dentures don’t fit correctly or preform as expected that you will need to pay more on top of what you paid to have each plate remade. This is a racket. and depending where you have them made it will be either $150-$200 per plate.

Had a great experience taking my 84 year old mother to get a new set of dentures. They were patient and took the time to make her feel comfortable. The price of her dentures both upper and lower were very affordable. Would definitely recommend to others looking to get teeth pulled, partials and full set of dentures. They have packages for all price ranges, and with their own lab they can take X-rays, take molds and fabricate some dentures same day. My mom was a 2 day because she needed a test fit.
