Dr. Patel is outstanding. During my procedure yesterday, I didn’t feel any pain at all, and my recovery has been incredibly fast. I can’t wait to see my final results. He is highly professional, skilled, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. From what I’ve learned and from the reputation he has in my area, he is one of the best implant surgeons. My experience so far has been excellent, and I highly recommend him.

My mom met with Dr. Tran, and we were very impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Everything was explained clearly, and she felt "in good hands" throughout the entire visit. I wish I knew the names of everyone we encountered - every staff member we came across was helpful, respectful, and welcoming. It's clear that each person genuinely cares. Outstanding level of care! My mom was visiting from North Carolina after recently getting dentures from another Affordable Dentures location. Her bottom dentures were causing discomfort, so I called this office to see if they could help with an adjustment. Megan was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to coordinate everything with the original office and get my mom scheduled quickly. The dentist was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure my mom was comfortable throughout the adjustment. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in the Chicago area needing dental or denture work.

I want to start off saying I was nervous and in 2 days felt whole again. The staff here was amazing. From the staff at the front Maggie being so welcoming to Cherry being patient going above and beyond with Judy to assist in throughly explaining coverage and the different options multiple times. Nuvia was very knowledgeable and assured me the doctors would take care of me. Both Dr. Hassan and Patel were great. Dr. Patel essentially got me through a trusted fitting and finalization to my liking. Overall this staff deserves the highest recognition!

Customer service is absolutely excellent! A special shout-out to Maggie, Judy, and Cheri for being incredibly kind, supportive, and making the entire visit feel comfortable and stress-free. They were patient, attentive, and very helpful throughout. I had a consultation with Dr. Hassan and was very impressed with the professionalism and care. From the X-ray techs to the front desk and clinical team, everyone I interacted with was welcoming, kind, and outstanding. Highly recommend. Truly a 10/10 experience.
