I was satisfied beyond expectations. I am elderly with mobility problems and the drive is over an hour and 45 minutes. I was told I would need to return the next day for the completed repair. I already had committed to another responsibility. I suggested an appointment 2 days later which would have and imposed a hardship. The caregiver was very sensitive to my situation and made it possible for me to be serviced that very same day. That is kind service that leaves you with pleasant memories that I will share with others. Sorry I didn't get her name. She was very nice. Good example to follow.
