Everyone here is amazing, I hate to see them closing this location. Dr. Harris and Justina are very professional and patient with the customers. They truly do understand the awkward situation that is dentures. I'm going to miss them!!!!!

I can’t submit a review because they don’t accept new patients?? What kind of denture & implant office turns away new patients. All I need is a couple days for extractions, a plate, and an adjustment or two.

Dr. Preston Harris, Jr. is truly exceptional! I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for older patients who might feel anxious about dental work. His patience is unmatched. He takes the time to listen, never rushes, and makes sure you feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit. He has wonderful chairside manner, his knowledge and expertise are incredibly reassuring. He explains complex dental procedures in simple, clear terms, breaking down every step of the treatment plan so you know exactly what to expect. He willingly answers every single question with a smile. If you are looking for a highly skilled, compassionate, and informative dentist, Dr. Harris is the absolute best choice!

I became a client at Affordable Dentures & Implants in Madison, TN in February, 2026. I have never been happier with the dental care I have received. Dr. Harris and his staff's professionalism exceeded my expectations from a dental provider. If you are looking for dental services, I highly recommend this location.

I have had several extractions here & everything went very well…Dr. Harris is a very nice dentist & is very considerate when it comes to pain!!! He numbed my gums so well I didn’t feel any discomfort while having my teeth extracted!! I give him an excellent rating as a knowledgeable dentist & his kindness to his patients!!

I’ve been told by 2 previous dentist that I need upper and lower dentures and I went in and they tried to tell me I needed to get 4 bridges! I have periodontal disease, my teeth are worn down, several are see through, multiple serious cavities, my gums are receding horribly on the bottom, my teeth have shifted, there are huge gaps within my teeth, and they tried to tell me to keep them and get 4 bridges. Not to mention $1,100 to extract 5 teeth! That is insane! I know places that cut teeth out for $120! There is nothing affordable about this place. Who in the world would want to deal with 4 bridges and keep teeth with all of those issues and within 5-7 years have to fork out more money when they lose another tooth and get another bridge? That’s crazy. I will not be going back here. They wanted a total of $4,300. More expensive than dentures! Makes sense now! The guy didn’t even look around in my mouth before he made his decision to see that I had periodontal disease and that my gums were receding. This is very alarming! He literally looked at my xray. He didn’t examine my mouth one time! I had to tell him and open my mouth and show him. He told me my teeth were healthy and I just needed fillings. SMH I will be going else where for services. Also the lady had me sign something and said, It’s just saying that you understand the treatment plan that we’ve come up with for you. I should have read it but if they try to charge me even a dime. I will be contacting my attorney. I went there because I was referred by someone that had a great experience but unfortunately, I did not have that experience.

Dr. Davis and his staff were wonderful. Everything was explained to me in great detail from cost to the actual extraction and denture fitting process. I was presented with all of my options and did not feel pressured about what choice I should make. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needed dental prosthetics done. I had a top plate made and I’ll be returning to have 2 implants added to my lower teeth

The receptionist was on her phone scrolling a shopping page, she didn’t make eye contact and was obviously distracted. Other than that I was very happy with the dental professionals once in back. They explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable! I look forward to working with them!
