Everyone is super nice and professional.! I love this staff. This Austin highway location is so convenient for me that why my husband and I chose Affordable Dentures and Implants. Now there closing doesn’t make me happy.

It took years for me to make the decision to get upper dentures. For years, previous dentists have told me about bone loss and loose teeth. All of those dentists told me I needed implants. Never was I told dentures was an option. I did my own research for several weeks and scheduled an appt with Affordable Dentures for a consultation. This was big decision for me and I had questions. As soon as I walked the door, Ms Kat, the office manager and really she’s an asset in that office. . She was kind, funny, and very knowledgeable. She walked me thru what to expect from the XRays to options I may have. Dr Singh walked in and, what a kind person she is. She was sweet, very thorough and gave me advice on my options - Kat then tells me my insurance will cover a good portion of ot, which I didnt expect! Excellent news. Overall, a great first experience. I’m now in week 2 of my new smile and I’m so thankful I made this decision. My teeth are beautiful, I fell asleep during my teeth extractions lol and the healing was smooth. Get that consultation if you’re on the fence. The staff at Affordable Dentures will make you feel at ease. I’m so happy I walked thru that door and saw Kat’s welcoming smile. Thanks to everyone at the Austin Hwy’s office. You all are true heroes and I’m forever grateful.

I highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants on Austin Hwy. I was super nervous and they made me feel so safe and comfortable. I got 24 teeth extracted with bone grafts and a full set of dentures. Dr. Singn is wonderful, taking the time to explain everything to me, including the reason why bone grafts are so very important. She is very skilled, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She made me feel safe and comfortable. Katherine, the office manager, was so helpful in directing me to my loan options and setting me up with general anesthesia. None of this could have happened for me if it wasn't for her help. Joseph, the dental assistant, is the gentlest man. When it came time to do adjustments on my immediate dentures the day after my surgery, he was amazing and very patient. I never felt any frustration from him when he was adjusting the fit and I needed a lot. He is a really good listener and took his time until he got it right. I went back two days later to get adjusted again and it was awesome when I left. Nicole is also a dental assistant there and she was great at helping me stay calm and comfortable. The in-house lab made a beautiful set of dentures, JR the lab manager did a great job. They feel like a happy family that come from their hearts and are there to help you during such a scary time. I will always be grateful for them being there for me. If this is something you are considering doing take the time and make an appointment . They won't do a hard sell or pressure you in anyway. These people are wonderful all of them. The Dr Preeti Singh is excellent. The pain management was excellent. They are professionals but there Bedside manner is great. Will highly recommend them for your needs

Dr Johnson is amazing I looked everywhere for restoration of my mouth my teeth they were bad. I was in pain they were unslightly I couldn't chew I was missing numerous teeth and his process was great it does take stages to complete but I have no complaints I love my teeth I love this doctor I'll be sad when his wife finishes her last endeavor I think he said and that they may go somewhere else I hope they stay for a while they're very much appreciated there!!! 🙏🏽👍🏽😉❤️

Amber is the worst ever as a front desk receptionist. Rude. I've accompanied my significant other the last 6 months. Each time she makes snide remarks. Today was the last straw I had gone to the Dollar Tree to buy some stuff and there was several bags I took the basket inside the office and come to find out one of the soap dish detergent cat fell off it was filling all over the place on my other merchandise so I rent I left the basket there went to the Dollar Tree to get a couple of bags so I can change interchange my merchandise should fresh bag and while I was gone just for that few minutes she called Dollar Tree to come pick up the basket emptied out my merchandise on the chair while that stuff was still spilling it was rude they pass it that office was not filled with people so I don't she was very rude took it upon yourself and I reported her to her to the coworkers cuz the manager the supervisor was not there I will not go back or step into that office I don't know how we can have such a rude receptionist

I'm from Michigan visiting my elderly parents and a tooth fell out of my denture. They got me in and repaired my denture all in the same day! The staff is amazing. Great service! Highly recommend them!
