Dr. Ainslie, Arrow, Bri and the rest of the Ainslie Orthodontics team are wonderful. I had my new patient consultation today, and overall it was a very positive experience. I overlooked the information that the office was located on the 13th floor, which was entirely my mistake. I have anxiety related to being in high-rise buildings, and the staff could not have been more understanding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, kind, and patient. They took the time to help me feel comfortable and supported, which I greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and compassion made a significant difference in easing my anxiety. The doctor was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to thoroughly discuss my situation. I felt genuinely heard throughout the appointment. Rather than dismissing my concerns, he listened carefully, explained his reasoning, and helped me understand why certain treatment approaches may or may not be appropriate. I left the consultation with a much better understanding of my condition and the factors of my bite. It was reassuring to speak with someone who clearly understood what I have been experiencing. Overall, I am very pleased with the consultation. The visit provided valuable information and gave me a great deal to consider moving forward.
