I was there to have a bracket replaced on my new braces of 1 1/2 weeks. Grace was wonderful, fast and reassuring on my care.

The staff here are amazing. As soon as you step into the office, they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is relaxing and the music selection is excellent! They are kind, uplifting and always make sure that you’re doing okay while you’re in the chair. If I could have them for general dentistry, I would!

From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever — warm, inviting, and genuinely invested in his patients. We arrived a little nervous, unsure of what treatment my daughter might need, but both Dr. Ainslie and his treatment coordinator put us completely at ease. Now that she’s in treatment, the entire staff has been consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They make orthodontics fun with tokens, prizes, and thoughtful gestures — they even surprised my daughter with a helium balloon and a birthday cake mix so she could celebrate at home. It’s rare to find an office that blends professionalism, kindness, and genuine joy the way this one does. We are so grateful for the care they provide and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

They are really sweet The doctor is a big white, bald man but he is also really nice. Katalina was my hygienist and she was really sweet and fun. It is pretty expensive. I remember my braces treatment took a while but now I have perfect straight teeth. 🦷

Everyone at Ainslie Orthodontics has been wonderful! Our 12yo daughter can be uncomfortable with new experiences and anxious about doctor visits. The team at Ainslie are so kind, thoughtful and supportive. They explain each step and routinely check-in with our daughter to see how she’s doing. Very, very pleased!
