Great experience today! Dr. Alan was highly skilled and made the wisdom tooth extraction smooth and comfortable. Eva and Debi at the front desk were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommend this clinic!
I had always been curious about Invisalign braces, but assumed they were wildly expensive. I began using Al Care Dental because while every other dentist offers a free assessment for Invisalign, Dr. Ng and Al Care actually advertised all-in pricing on their billboard out front and I respected the openness. In the past 2 years I've come to learn that the openness and honesty in their advertising applies to everything they do. From the awesome ladies in the front booking area (Debi is awesome!) working to get you in at a time that works for you, to the amazing dental assistants making you comfortable (Shout out to Brenda!) and of course Dr. Ng himself you are in great hands with Al Care Dental!
Dr. Alan and his dental team are wonderful. He treats his patients like family, taking the time to carefully explain each condition and treatment option so you feel fully informed and comfortable. His great sense of humor makes the visit relaxed and enjoyable—the clinic is often filled with laughter. All of the staff are warm and friendly, especially Eva at the reception, who is always welcoming and helpful. Truly a caring and professional place for dental care!
Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. For so many reasons. First of all, Al is incredible at what he does in every way. Going to the dentist can be a very stressful and an anxious experience, but Al knows this and makes you feel better. He makes jokes and laughs but when it comes to honesty he’s serious but with a soft tone. You can really see his exsperince as a father come through in his work. He explained everything about my teeth and where I was at with them. He used terms i could understand and did not sugar coat it. He is honest and will work towards your goals for healthy teeth with a priority list. My teeth had issues like cavities and infection. After my last few visits I feel much better and I am a lot more confident with my teeth. I also understand how to take care of my teeth better now and how to do proper hygiene. I miss understood a lot for a long time and I am sure that’s what led to my unhealthy teeth. I have no doubt with Al’s guidance I will be ok. The rest of the staff are incredibly nice and helpful for anything you need! The front desk staff are so kind and remember your name. That goes a long way with me as my name is so unique and rare. They are flexible with payment options and do so in a way that has no pressure behind it and does not stress you out. If you have had bad experiences in the past and are hesitant to go to the dentist, don’t wait! Al’s is the best decision I have made in a long time!
Dr. Ng is honestly the best dentist, if I could give him a 10 star I would. He creates a very comfortable environment and makes silly jokes to lighten the mood of your nervous. He is super easy to get along with and I couldn’t ask for a better dentist.
