I scheduled an appointment specifically to reassess my crown measurements and arrange a replacement. Despite arriving punctually and clearly explaining the purpose of my visit in advance, I was allocated an inadequately short appointment. I was extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled, particularly given the clinic’s prior knowledge of the issue. The lack of proper coordination and professionalism was not what I would expect from a reputable clinic. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its approach to patient care and appointment management.

We had an excellent experience with 2 dentists at the clinic. Dr. Ahmed Eldawi performed my husband’s surgical wisdom tooth removal with a high level of precision and professionalism. The procedure was smooth, and the follow-up care was thorough and well managed. Dr. Rasha was exceptional with my daughter. She took the time to build rapport, ensuring a calm and comfortable environment before proceeding with the examination. Her patient and gentle approach made the visit a very positive experience.
