We had an excellent experience with 2 dentists at the clinic. Dr. Ahmed Eldawi performed my husband’s surgical wisdom tooth removal with a high level of precision and professionalism. The procedure was smooth, and the follow-up care was thorough and well managed. Dr. Rasha was exceptional with my daughter. She took the time to build rapport, ensuring a calm and comfortable environment before proceeding with the examination. Her patient and gentle approach made the visit a very positive experience. We would also like to thank the nursing staff for their kindness and professionalism, as well as the reception team for their welcoming and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I booked a proper appointment to have two teeth checked. I explained this clearly to the dentist Dr. Hafseh but she only worked on one tooth and then told me my “time was up” because each patient only gets 30 minutes. If that’s the case, it should be mentioned when booking. I left feeling frustrated and disregarded. To make matters worse, the filling she replaced in those 30 minutes is now extremely painful. I didn’t go in complaining of pain — my concern was food getting stuck — but she said the filling was old and needed changing. She left the edge of the tooth sharp enough that I can feel it constantly with my tongue. When I went to reception to see if another doctor could check my other tooth, Dr. Saeed welcomed me warmly and treated it right away. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness — thank you, Dr. Saeed! Unfortunately, my first experience left me very disappointed overall.
