I had a terrible experience at Al Rabeeh Dental Center. I went in for a standard teeth cleaning, but they immediately tried to upsell me to a "GPT" package. When I refused and stuck to the regular cleaning, I noticed a severe drop in the quality of service. The doctor rushed through the procedure and finished in exactly 5 minutes. When I asked him why he didn't clean all my teeth, he simply replied, "We are done." I literally had to hold a hand mirror and point to my teeth one by one to get him to clean them properly. To make matters worse, the dental assistant stood in the room throughout the procedure but didn't offer any help. My mouth was constantly filling with water, yet the assistant didn't use the suction, nor did the doctor bother to ask me to spit it out. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. What is the point of having a clinic of this size if this is how patients are treated? Very disappointing.

I also want to mention Mariam at the reception, who was extremely welcoming, organized, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free with her kindness and positive attitude. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for skilled dentists and exceptional customer service.
