VENEERS! I moved to Alabama from New England and within 3 months broke a veneer on a front tooth which made for a ghastly appearance! I made several calls, full of angst about whether I was going to be able to find someone to replace the perfect veneers I had. Although some dentists do veneers, they do not do them often and they are a combination of technology and artistic ability. Thankfully, assorted area dentists agreed they did not have a lot of experience with them, so I moved on and finally found Alabama Smile Design. I had an emergency appointment within hours and veneers scheduled within a week. Dr. O'Connell had the experience and equipment to replace my veneers while I was seated at a (long) morning appointment. The reason my appointment was longer than usual was because HE DID NOT LIKE THE COLOR OF THE FIRST VENEERS MADE and he made a whole second set!!! The whole office crew was awesome. Kat worked with Dr. O'Connell to make my smile perfect.... and I do mean PERFECT!! I work in health care and hear dental horror stories often. Don't even think about it ... this place is awesome!
I don’t know why this man rating so high!! Run don’t be fooled, look at the low reviews. My husband was a patient. Thankful we read other reviews that were supported by horrible treatment we receive. My day is great btw and my husband went to a real dentist; therefore, he wasn’t left with shark teeth. :-)
I went in seeking to have my smile designed I was pleasantly surprised with The outcome was patient and made sure that I was informed what was going to be done to my teeth and he also let me see how it would look prior to doing the work I would Highly recommend this dentist and staff a dentist office I trust and you can trust.
Have been a patient of Dr. O'Donnell for several years. He is absolutely one of the most personable people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Over the top professional 100% of the time. My hygienist (Lacey) is also awesome and incredibly efficient. She takes her time and makes sure everything is as it should be. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for her as well. The office staff is always friendly and makes patients feel at ease. Ms. Kim never fails to have a warm and happy smile for everyone. Again 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I have been a patient here for 17 years. I have gotten to know the staff on a personal level and they have become family over the years! I always look forward to my visits with them and I always leave feeling like I have been taken really good care of. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate for a second to refer a new patient to them. They always take the time to ask how I am doing and really want to know what is going on in my life as far as family and work. See you guys next time!
