DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Bait and switch tactics used on self pay customers. Came in with EXTREME pain and they scheduled me WITHOUT providing an estimate. Then refused to provide service when I could only afford 2/3rd of payment. Front desk says remainder can be paid when permanent crown gets put on. Then finance lady ( here comes the scam) says we won't provide service unless paid in full. It's a ripoff. EXORBITANT PRICING. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Ive been with them for 8 years and this placed used to be good. I recently got a filling and my tooth was hurting afterwards, and I went back to get it checked out and they didn’t fix it. I just went to another dentist and they fixed it and I no longer have a pain. My new dentist was surprised they let me out of the place with how my filling was done. I’m changing dentists and will no longer recommend this place to friends and family.

Staff are kind, always on time for the appointments I schedule, and the location is fairly convenient. Latrice was my most recent dental assistant, and she was excellent. She explained every process, was wonderful to chat with, and was attentive to any pain or discomfort I may have been in. She is what every DA should strive to be, sets a high standard, but also speaks to the staff this facility attracts. Dr. Grigg is my dentist and is relatable, attentive, and makes the process easy. He is also wonderful with his staff as he is with his patients. I would recommend this dentist practice. Thank you for all you do!

Not the same dental office it used to be. Under new ownership and it’s obvious. The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I was shook by it. I had the most excruciating cleaning experience ever. I also had three wisdom teeth pulled that same day. I was awake during the extraction. It took about an hour to have them all pulled. During my follow up visit I walked out during my appointment frustrated by the overall lack of professionalism, poor experience, disregard for my time and poor communication. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Anyway, I no longer recommend this dental office.

My experience here has been outstanding. Every interaction I’ve had with this office has been respectful, organized, and caring. The front desk staff was welcoming, the clinical team was knowledgeable, and the provider took the time to truly listen and explain my options. I felt informed, supported, and confident in my care. No office is perfect for every single person, but based on my experience, this team consistently delivers professionalism and compassion. I’m grateful to have found a dental office I trust and will continue to recommend.

I do not recommend this clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. During a cleaning, my teeth were damaged, and afterward, food got stuck between them. Later, a root canal and crown procedure caused a fracture in one of my teeth. Another dentist advised extraction due to their mistake. Additionally, during one visit, I was given too much anesthetic, which caused my heart rate to spike, and I felt unsafe. I am also concerned about the materials used. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this clinic and I do not recommend it!
