All four of my young adult children have received care and wisdom teeth removal from Dr. Buckley. The staff is amazing and has the utmost professional yet friendly demeanor. Dr. Buckley is a wonderfully knowledgeable and skilled physician, not to mention that his bedside manner is funny and compassionate. We are truly grateful to Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical Associates and especially Dr. Buckley for his years of caring for our family with such a genuine personality. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Charlie Clark, his PCC Jadyn, and his assistants Charlize and Jeanette. My case was particularly complex because my bottom two wisdom teeth were severely impacted and very close to nerves and bone, which is why my primary dentist referred me here in the first place. Because of that, I put the procedure off for years. From the very beginning, Dr. Clark put me at ease with his easy-going demeanor, extensive knowledge, and clear expertise. After my initial consultation, we decided to remove not only the two bottom wisdom teeth, but the top two as well. Jadyn was incredible in helping me navigate insurance and payment options to ensure I received the maximum benefits available. The surgery itself went smoothly. It lasted under an hour, and I was completely unaware because I was sedated. Dr. Clark successfully removed the wisdom teeth without causing any nerve damage which is what I was very concerned about. Due to the complexity of the procedure, I did experience a few minor post-op issues (through absolutely no fault of Dr. Clark or his staff). When I called the office, they immediately arranged for Dr. Clark to come in on his day off to treat me. On top of that, he personally called and texted between visits to check on my healing and make sure I wasn’t experiencing any additional issues. That level of care is truly rare. Charlize and Jeanette were also wonderful; super friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Clark and his team to anyone considering any type of dental or oral surgery, whether big or small.

Phew! Where to start?! I can’t say enough about this office! First, having insurance confirmation issues (insurance company, not Dr office) and they were so patient and kind with my panic during our first meeting. I was annoying myself and how these great people kept positive and patient with me, was so appreciated! lol As a mom it’s wired in us to worry about anything regarding our kids and it’s even more intense when our kids are worried…with that being said, the staff here has completely blown my mind and touched my heart with their empathy, compassion and overall kindness and concern for their patients. Making a teenage boy feel calm and relaxed in this kind of situation is not easy and they did it flawlessly and professionally. I can honestly say that I would recommend this place to anybody who may need their services. They are absolutely wonderful people! Thank you all! Jayden, Charlize, Jeanette and Dr Clark are not only incredible professionals but overall great people as well THANK YOU all so much for making this experience so comfortable for my son and myself! Grand rising, I went in with fear, but was treated like family. Jadyn is a very unique and attentive PCC. During surgery Doc Clark did his job 100%. Dr Franco was great! He prepared me for my surgery by explaining the whole process and what to expect. The staff was very helpful and set me up for my home recovery. I have nothing but high praise for them all!
