Love this place and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors and techs are personable and answer all your questions. They are great at explaining.

The dental assistants are excellent and perfectionists in their practice. Dr. V is gentle. I have less anxiety going to Alamo Ranch Dental. On August 19, 2025 Virginia did and excellent job my regular cleaning. Water Pik and scaling were super and thorough. Today April 23, 2026 Virginia gave me an excellent exam and cleaning. She always gives me great advice on what part of my mouth requires more attention. Virginia is super! Ten days ago I lost a Crown. Today, June 25 2026 the Crown was carefully cemented in place with many X-rays to verify excellent placement. I am very pleased.

Staff very courteous. Doctor very likable and based in questions asked, she is very competent.

I love Dr. Grajeda! She is so caring and gentle, and she truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She always takes the time to find the best treatment plan for your individual needs. My hygienist was also incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The entire team is welcoming, caring, and dedicated to providing excellent care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

I had such an amazing experience with Alamo Ranch Dental! Their customer service and work is truly top tier. I initially called as an emergency patient because my gums were swollen and I needed my wisdom teeth removed. They were able to get me in the very next day, took X-rays, and provided me with a referral for my wisdom teeth extraction. What really stood out to me is that they even offered to do a cleaning, even though it wasn’t part of my original appointment. I definitely needed one, but I knew regular appointments would have had me waiting much longer, so I really appreciated them fitting me in because of my situation. The front desk staff was so pleasant and welcoming, and the dentist and her team were just as amazing. They were kind, easy to talk to, and made sure I felt heard the entire time. They constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. Of course, wait times can happen sometimes, but that’s expected with dental work. I usually just plan my appointments on days when I don’t have anything else scheduled afterward. This was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had, with hands down the best customer service and staff. I’m so glad I found them and will definitely be recommending them to others!

From the introduction to the X-rays, this was the best dentist that I’ve ever been to in nearly 12 years since receiving treatment through the Veterans Affairs community care. Everyone was extremely friendly including the woman who did my X-rays to the wonderfully detailed dentist. I think the front desk process was simple but maybe a case of the Mondays was the only issue from the front desk staff but it’s understandable to not feel sociable on a Monday morning.

It was my first time at “Alamo Ranch Dental” yesterday for cleaning. I was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention I received during my visit. Staff, hygienist and dentist were all so attentive and meticulous in providing best service to me. The facility and equipment were super clean as almost were new too. I’m very glad that I chose Alamo Ranch Dental and I highly recommend it to all who want exceptional care and attention to dental care.

I loved the office so much! From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome, the check in process was very smooth as I was able to complete my paperwork ahead of time. Dr. Grajeda is amazing, she was very sweet and explained everything in detail. The hygienist Karla was also super sweet and left my teeth impeccable after the cleaning. Last but not least Rashaad was very attentive too, from the moment he took my x-rays until the very end he was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

My first visit and cleaning was very through. They did complete xrays and digital scanning of my teeth to view possible problems. They asked for my areas of concerns prior to the xrays and scans. During the cleaing, Julie was attentive to tenderness of my gums. She gave me advice on using waterpic and had Dr Zubick prescribed fluoride toothpaste for my gum problem. Dr Zubick answered all my questions and concerns. He used the scans taken to show me my problem areas and discussed what could be done to fix and relieve my gum tenderness in those areas. At the end of my visit Dr Nivia Grajeda discussed what my dental insurance covered for the cleaning and procedures they recommended. I received printout of the benifts/treatment. I am very happy with choosing Alamo Ranch Dental for all my dental care. All staff friendly and professional. .

I absolutely love my dentist, Dr. Grajeda, she is always so kind and patient, cares about her patients and does everything she can to accommodate her patients, especially when they are experiencing tooth pain. I also love all staff, especially Janie, Virginia & Rashad just to name a few! Each one of them is so friendly, very relatable, and also very caring. 😊
