I would give zero stars if I could. Based on my experience, I do not believe this practice deserves even one star. I returned after two years plus to request a credit that I was told was owed to me, and I was told it was no longer available. No check was offered for the actual credit owed to me. A patient’s credit should be returned ASAP, in the form of a check or cash, rather than being held for years. I also believe I was overcharged and recommended dental work that, based on my experience, was not necessary. This raised serious concerns for me about how patients are being treated and charged. I believe this matter warrants an audit of patient credits and billing practices to determine how credits and charges are being handled. Patients deserve transparency, accurate billing, and to receive any credit owed to them ASAP.

I had my root canal done at Albert Dental and my experience is very good. Dr. Albert Natanov and dental assistant Zang are very experienced and professional. My root canal was completed on the same day and within 2 hours. The recovery was also very quick. I will recommend Albert Dental to everyone.

The two front desk girls were so understanding, kind , and helpful during my emergency appointment didn’t get names but props to them ! I had no complaints about them. My only issue was the doctor being pushy and rude about prices, since not everyone can afford them.

Overall, everything was absolutely above and beyond! The staff was kind, caring, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. We truly appreciated how helpful and compassionate everyone was. The only issue was the wait for the dental doctor to come in and remove the tooth. The medicine had started to wear off while we were waiting, and we eventually had to find someone to ask how much longer it was going to be. That part was frustrating, especially when you’re already dealing with pain and discomfort. Other than the long wait, we were extremely happy with the care we received. Everyone else went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate everything they did for us!

My appointments were excellent. I felt comfortable and at ease during all of my visits. Dr Albert is an experienced and empathetic professional who is truly committed to his work. The information provided during my medical procedures- filling and crown on implant- was clear and accurate, as were the instructions for the treatment to follow at home. I also felt very comfortable with his team; they are incredible people, very organized, alternative,and kind, creating a safe and clean environment at all times, which is specially important for this type of medical procedure. I am very happy with the work the doctor did on my teeth, with the price, with his assistant Yersaid, and with recommendations. I truly feel great. Thank you so, so much!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Albert this past Saturday. I came in with a broken tooth after three different dentists had already recommended extraction, which was honestly discouraging. Dr. Albert took a completely different approach—he carefully evaluated my situation and was able to save my tooth instead of removing it. I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise and willingness to go the extra mile. What really stood out is how he looks at the bigger picture. He introduced Invisalign not in a pushy way, but as someone who truly has a vision for long-term dental health. If he recommends something, it’s because he genuinely sees the need and benefit for you. I also appreciated that he didn’t rush into unnecessary procedures and was thoughtful about when to involve a specialist. That level of integrity and care is rare. I highly recommend Dr. Albert to anyone looking for a skilled, honest, and forward-thinking dentist. I’ll definitely be referring all my friends and family to him. Finally guess what prices are way better than what offered by the other dentists

Honestly one of the best dental clinics I have ever been to. Dr. Natanov was really good at explaining what was going on and was just really down to earth. I always feel dentists are super uptight and dont spend time with you but he made sure I understood all my options. I would highly recommend!

I had to have extensive work done on my bottom jaw including two implants and basically all of my front teeth crowned. Dr. Natanov did excellent work and gave me a more than fair price on the work. I have been to some of the larger clinics (like ClearChoice) and I was very impressed with Albert Dental. As someone who has had extensive dental work done, I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you to Dr. Natanov and staff for fully restoring my smile.

I have been coming here for years now. Get all my dental work done here. I started coming for the awesome weekend schedule but I’m a stay at home mommy now and live an hour away… I STILL drive my 1 hr long drive to come to Dr. Albert because he’s so gentle, so understanding and so caring. All he wants is you to leave feeling like yourself or maybe even better. He has a dental assistant named Bridgette who’s voice is so calming.. I complimented her calm energy multiple times during my visits. That’s what we need when going to the dentist. Fair pricing and payment arrangements for Invisalign too. Love Dr. Albert so much and I’ll be a life long patient of his until he retires hopefully very far in the future 😊

I received a text "Hello, this is Albert Dental- Overland Park. We have received your request for Saturday, March 7 at 4:00PM. We will message you once it has been reviewed." No one ever contacted me back a week later, tried responding to the text, nothing. Called in at 330 to make sure this was still on, some lady told me they were closed. Poor way to run a business, abhorrent customer service. Kinda feel like i dodged a bullet now, but i still need a new crown and don't have time during the week.

I started here with an emergency because this office is open every single day (!). But they quickly became my dentist because of the way they casted for me in an emergency. Next choice ever. No turning back! The dentist and staff are wonderful! Kind but truthful. Gentle but thorough. The best I've dealt with over 50 years!!
