The Company: Alcan Dental: the Dentist: Brett Lopez and the all the staff members were exceptionally friendly, courteous and knowledgeable to Brenda and I. Even both of the receptionist, Evelyn and the other lady whose name I forgot tried to help us with the cost of the upcoming treatments. Though we did not have insurance she gave us a 10% discount. They were very encouraging and Mr. Brett Lopez sat with us and explained the process of how he will proceed each step of the way. Though my wife is somewhat apprehensive, he continued to reassure her that everything will be okay. After the first phase was completed today 9/16/26, Dr. Lopez complimented her on her response to the treatment, She said she felt no pain at all, only pressure…YEAAAA! Thanks guys. Ron & Brenda

These guys tried to make me get an operation I did not need. After getting a second opinion, and seeing that what I needed was a lot more minor than what they wanted to do, they kicked me as a patient. No explanation nor an apology. This is a very shady place and I recommend you go to another office.

Highly highly recommend. Every one of the staff is super friendly and they broke everything down better than I’ve ever had it broken down. They made their recommendations and were completely transparent on the costs. This will be the only dentist office I go to while living here in Anchorage.
