I have never had a bad experience with my dental practice. The dental hygienist was gentle and thorough, as is my dentist, Dr. Solomon. They always answers my questions and makes me feel comfortable with the care needed. I highly recommend this practice.

Updating my review after Allegra Dental responded with a generic copy-and-paste apology. Their response says they “strive to deliver the highest quality dental care” and that my feedback helps them “grow and improve,” but that does absolutely nothing to give me back the time I lost after taking off work for an appointment THEY failed to honor. I scheduled this appointment six months ago. Their office called to confirm, I missed the initial call, and I responsibly called back on Friday to confirm. Because their office was closed, their call center handled the call — and apparently failed to document it. That led to me showing up Monday morning for an appointment I had booked half a year in advance, only to be told I didn’t have one because I “never confirmed.” That was false. Their internal communication breakdown between their office and their call center became my problem. I lost work time, rearranged my schedule, and showed up as instructed — only to be turned away. What made it worse was the complete lack of urgency from the front desk staff. No effort to get me seen that day. No meaningful apology. Just “we can maybe get you in tomorrow.” And now instead of taking real accountability, they respond publicly with a generic template asking me to call them. Why would I waste more of my time chasing a resolution for a problem your office created in the first place? People deserve to know that when you schedule here, even confirming your appointment may not actually mean you have one.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now. This is absolutely the most well ran dentistry practice that I’ve ever been to. The dentist is brilliant and explains things very clearly so I have zero questions left over afterwards. He’s extremely efficient at what he does too. He has a hygienist that is just as passionate about dental health as the dentist is. It’s so refreshing to see people that care about their patients and care about the work they are doing, as opposed to just doing the bare minimum in their job. I absolutely recommend everyone to here for their dental needs.

Katie and Dr. Solomon are both exceptional! Katie was warm, attentive, and incredibly thorough—she took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. :)

From my first visit to see about getting an implant for a front tooth that broke off. It took several visit to complete the process, but from the first visit, I was treated by team of highly trained individuals. There was no waiting. I was quickly taken to an exam room and every thing was explained to me in detail including price, how long the process would take, etc.. I’ve had several implants placed before, but this experience was the best. I didn’t need any pain management because the entire procedure was painless. When the final visit came, where I had my crown placed, it was perfect. I highly recommend Dr Solomon and his team where you will be treated like royalty!

Everyone was very pleasant. My dental hygienist was very explanatory on all procedures & gentle. Dr. Solomon was very nice. Would highly recommend this office.
