I highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs. Throughout my years I’ve experienced varying levels of dental anxiety and I can tell you that no dental office has made me feel more comfortable than this place. I did not wait long for my appointment after I checked in, I got a tour of the facility, and I even got offered a blanket after X-rays were completed. Every single staff member was super caring, kind and gentle. Dr. Lacayo, and the wonderful team that helped me, made sure I understood everything that was happening and being shown my images while they were explaining was super helpful. It made me feel like I was in control of my care and that is super rare, at least in my past experience. Regarding my treatment plan, Sarah helped me fully understand what procedures were recommended and helped me decide which ones to prioritize for my health needs and also my financial needs. She treated me like a person and not a customer, which I really enjoyed. We exchanged information about our lives and connected in such a short time - only truly genuine people can do that. I can honestly say for the first time in my life, I left a dental office optimistic about my care and comfortable at the thought of returning for future visits. I have had nothing but the BEST time at All Smiles Dental Center. From the very nice and professional staff including the finance woman Sarah! As someone who constantly worries about the dentist. They all make you feel welcome and not uncomfortable at all. Dr Vela, Sarah, and the staff are absolutely rockstars! Definitely recommend this dental office to anybody who’s looking for Invisalign as I’m on my journey right now! Good vibes at All Smiles!

I was assisted by employee Ms Lourdes. *Each employee of the "All Smiles" staff demonstrate a professional standard that maintains the integrity of Service. Initially, I was encouraged to seek All Smiles for treatment. I discovered that the Key for New Clientele are the Staff (each one). It's like 5 o'clock traffic whenever I visited, yet All ASPECTS of the work being done is TOP SHELF. Every client is treated with courtesy and respect. I can't Thank You Enough Ms Lourdes! Your service exemplifies Genuine Quality.

Had to find a new dentist for insurance reasons and I landed at All Smiles in Alamo Heights. I was VERY happy with the staff and the level of care given for my exam and cleaning. Both the Hygentist and the Dentist/Dr were pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!

Dr. Lacayo, A.J, and Sarah were wonderful at helping me feeling comfortable at my first visit today. I came from another office of over 10 years and was needing a change, but hesitant to do so. They were helpful with explaining everything to me and scheduling my next appointments. I was even able to get my cleaning done the same day which was convenient for me. I had a great visit 🎉

We are relatively new to All Smiles and the staff have been incredibly kind and helpful! The dentist is super thorough and gentle. All the hygienists have been a pleasure to work with as well. Shout out to Sarah who has been amazing to deal with, and AJ for going above and beyond in staying after he was supposed to leave to help me out. Excellent customer service!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

First off I had several teeth that were very bad and broken. All smiles walked through ever little detail without big words and understanding my needs. They worked at my pace and needs. Now it's close to the end. I will miss these wonderful office staff and doctors. I had got very emotional because I've never been treated with dignity understanding and respect. I hesitated to write this review because I do not like speaking negatively about others; however, I felt it was important to share my experience. I visited the office about two weeks ago on a Thursday evening. Dr. Jaramillo and Ana were excellent, both were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was not as positive. There were three staff members present. The red-haired receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. However, the other two front desk employees I believe their names were Natalie and Lourdes, were speaking very loudly, laughing, and gossiping about other individuals while patients were seated in the lobby. I could clearly hear their conversation while waiting, and even after being taken to the back for my appointment, their laughter carried down the hallway. While I understand that workplace conversations happen, the volume and nature of the discussion felt unprofessional in a medical setting. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and was off-putting as a patient. The only reason I would consider returning is because of the outstanding care provided by the medical team in the back.

I have been coming to All Smiles for over 10yrs and I will forever recommend them to everyone. The staff and the doctors are phenomenal! I have never had a bad experience. EVER! I absolutely adore Lourdes. She’s amazing and I feel like I’ve known her forever. She always helps me and when I talk to her I feel like I’m talking to a friend. Choose All Smiles, I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

I had an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable experience with this dental team. They made me feel comfortable throughout. Even when I had an unexpected work conflict, the front office team ensured I was seen promptly and worked around my schedule. A special thanks to the dentist who performed my procedure, his skill and timely care made all the difference. Thanks to him, I was in and out on time. I can’t stress enough how helpful that was when it’s so hard to get time off and work around schedules. Beyond what I ever expected , I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
