Carol has over 20 years of experience of working within dental practices. She has been the Practice Manager at All Smiles Dental Practice for 14 years and is in charge of the day-to-day running of the practice. She is always a friendly face for patients when they visit. Carol is also a fully qualified interior designer and was a professional soldier for twelve years. When she is not in the practice, Carol loves nothing more than spending time in the kitchen baking, undertaking gardening and is a keen photographer who specializes in flower and insect photography. Theo graduated from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 1984. After qualifying, he worked for two years as a dentist in the South African Defence Force, and for two years in Namibia for the Department of Health. Theo owned a private practice in Namibia for eight years before moving to the UK in 1995. Theo is a keen golfer and enjoys working in his garden working on gardening vegetables. Theo’s achievements include: -Diploma in Oral Surgery -Member of the British Dental Association -Member of the Association of Dental Implantology -Worked in London for five years -Opened All Smiles Dental Practice in 2000. Theo enjoys general dentistry and particularly likes a challenge. He places and restores Straumann implants and is proficient in using a CEREC scanner.
