I can’t say enough good things about this office. Dr. Korn is incredibly thorough AND thoughtful—she takes the time to explain everything and never jumps straight to expensive or unnecessary solutions, which I really appreciate. Lauren is the sweetest hygienist: so cheery and calming, and somehow able to distract you the entire time while still making sure there isn’t a single speck of plaque left on your teeth. And the office itself? To die for. Completely renovated, bright, and one of the cutest spots in Buffalo—you could honestly mistake it for a café. So fitting for the Elmwood Village. I can honestly say they have made me love going to the dentist - basically like a spa here.

Excellent dentist! Great facilities and friendly, considerate staff. I had not been to the dentist for several years and Dr Korn and her staff have already performed several cleanings, cavity fillings, wisdom teeth removals, etc. all with no issue nor lingering pain/side effects! I would highly recommend.

I have been a patient at Allentown Dental for the past three years. Dr. Korn executed my Invisalign treatment with great care and precision. All of the staff are professional, warm and thorough in their work. My children now see Dr. Korn for regular cleanings and exams and we hope that our family will be life long patients. Thank you for your work!

Been going to Allentown for a number of years (since the Weinman’s owned the practice) and I have had nothing but great experiences. The doctors and staff have always been kind and patient with me. The practice is gorgeous and has amazing attention to detail. The parking lot in the back is also very convenient.

Honestly, this dentist may be better off working at a place like Aspire or Aspen, where the quick-cash model matches his approach. I was looking for a new dentist closer to our place downtown. As a 15-year marketing executive, I immediately appreciated the name Allentown Dental. It’s a smart move. The branding ties directly into the local community, and their website reinforces that message with lines like “Personalized, gentle, comprehensive patient care is our number one priority.” That messaging worked on me. I booked an appointment, and then they proceeded to call over the next few weeks, pushing a comprehensive exam. I told them several times that I had recently completed over $8,000 worth of dental work and just needed a cleaning and my partials adjusted. Each time, I was told a comprehensive exam was required. I pushed back, and they finally scheduled a new appointment to allow time for the cleaning without an exam. When I arrived, the tech immediately told me they’d be doing a full panoramic X-ray. I reminded her I was there for a cleaning and adjustment. She pushed again. I declined. Then she brought in the dentist and another tech. Now I had three people in the room, all explaining why they “needed” X-rays without looking at my mouth. At that point, I told them I was done. It was a totally weird moment. All three of them just stood there in silence, staring at me. Having a doctorate and years of clinical training doesn’t mean you know how to run a business. Dr. Korn and his staff are clear examples of this. Marketing your business is about demonstrating trust, reliability, and experience. This guy skipped all three and went right to selling. We see it all the time. This felt more like a churn-and-bill operation than an actual care experience. Honestly, this guy might be better off at a high-volume place like Aspire or Aspen where the model matches the approach.
