My experience was very good, my hygienist did a very good job; the service was great 👍

Avoid this dental facility.The VA referred me here for an exam, but upon arrival, I was blindsided by a family debt from four years ago. The facility claimed they could not reach me to resolve this balance because they had the wrong phone number on file. However, this is clearly false, as they successfully texted an appointment confirmation to my correct number just days prior.I explicitly stated I only wanted to pay the initial, original debt of $127. Instead, they ran my card and charged me $201.95 without my consent. I didn't realize I had been overcharged until I checked my account because they refused to give me a paper receipt and never emailed it to me like they promised.On top of that, they are still trying to tack on over $250 in ridiculous, predatory finance charges. This business suffers from terrible communication, lacks transparency, and engages in shady, unauthorized billing practices.

First, I want to mention that I normally never leave reviews, but for my experience here I will. This is a amazing Dentist office. I was truly impressed with my whole experience. From the time I stepped inside I was welcomed by a pleasant staff that was very professional. No waiting, they got me straight back. Dr. Barber, was very thorough all while letting you know everything that is happening. The whole staff was Great! I am actually looking forward to my follow up appointment.

Dee and Dr Barbar are very nice dentists, they explain things and make it so I understand. And Alliance Family Dental is a great clinic full of wonder staff, Tara is excellent with kids. mine loves her, never complains about going to see her.

I have been an out of state patient for over 12 years but an actual patient of Dr. Barber's for 24 years. That statement alone speaks volume to the trust of knowledge and care that I have for Dr. Barber & the AFD staff. I called AFD during a short visit and was able to get an immediate appointment. They're absolutely! Amazing! They took care of my 85 year old mum treated her with respect and kindness and totally professional and a bit of laughter as well. For our family this is home for us and the only dentist we'll be using. Thank you Alliance for making us feel right at home.

Friendly front desk service. Absolutely love Ms. Tara, she is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She usually has my daughter and I back to back. Her cleanings are great and always a pleasure to chat with Dr. Barbara when she comes in to check our teeth. My daughter has 4 more baby teeth to come out and those wisdom teeth gotta go in a few years! Thanks!
