The staff at this clinic are very kind and helpful, and they understand each patient's needs very well. My daughter was absolutely delighted with the treatment she received from Dr. Luba and Dr. Destiny. They were very loving with her before and during the procedure, explaining everything they were going to do. They even gave her a small gift to make her feel more comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this situation was unfair and disappointing. I scheduled my routine dental cleaning/6-month checkup for 5:00 PM, as I always do because my office is nearby and I typically arrive around 5:05–5:07 PM after work. I received multiple confirmation texts confirming my appointment for 5:00 PM. Then, on the same day around 3:00 PM, the office changed my appointment to 4:30 PM. I honestly didn’t think much of it because they were still willing to see me when I arrived. The dental hygienist was wonderful, very sweet, and the cleaning itself was great. Everyone was smiling and overall it seems like a nice office. What upset me was being repeatedly told I was “very late” to my appointment — when I arrived for the original 5:00 PM appointment I had confirmed multiple times. After checking my messages, I realized the office had changed it last minute to 4:30 PM. After my cleaning, I waited about 15 minutes for the doctor, and an assistant again stated that the delay was because I “came late.” That’s where the frustration came in. Patients should not be blamed for last-minute scheduling changes made by the office. Every time I tried explaining the situation, I felt dismissed instead of heard. At that point, I chose to leave rather than continue waiting while being treated as though I had done something wrong. Again, the hygienist was excellent and the office itself seems pleasant, which is why this review is disappointing for me to write. My family will likely continue going there, but personally I’ll probably look elsewhere moving forward.

All of the staff are amazing — friendly, attentive. Dr. Luba is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make patients feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire office creates a welcoming environment, and you can truly see how much they care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding service

Amazing hospitality. Clear communication. Super cleanliness. The entire staff is down to earth and make you feel home and welcomed. I have never experienced such professionalism unlike here.
