Allure Dental

I am pleased to say my family and I have found our new dentist. I am keeping my original review attached at the bottom because I want to show that initially I was not pleased but immediately this Dr and his team did everything they could to resolved my concern. I was met with respect from everyone and left my daughters visit with more clarity and transparency than I’ve ever had with any dentist. This was hands down the best dental visit we’ve ever had. I am not too prideful to admit I jumped to a conclusion and I was wrong. Unfortunately good customer service is not a priority with most places and this team showed us that is not the case and they care deeply for what they do, they are top tier and I look forward to continuing being a patient at this practice. Original review. Unfortunately myself and my children are unable to experience this dentistry because of their lack of organization and poor communication. Cancelled my appointment without my consent and when I called to rectify the situation I was told someone would call me back by a specific time. They fell short of that promise and called me an hour and a half past said time just to confirm they in fact did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. Bad first and last impression.

Five stars because it's rare to find physicians like Dr. Mehr. He and staff genuinely consider the patient, from billing, comfort levels, and bedside manner. Also, they actually check in with you after procedures. A+ behavior!!

Dr. Mehr is an exceptional dentist that is focused on patient care. As opposed to other dentists that try to drill and fill at every chance they get, Dr. Mehr takes a holistic approach and will help you track the progression (or lack thereof) of cavities, both preserving as much of your natural tooth as possible and avoiding unnecessary operations. Moreover, while other dentists try to upsell you on all sorts of procedures from whitening, to fluoride, to X-Rays, to fillings, Dr. Mehr always takes a health- and patient-first approach. I never felt pressured (nor was I even recommended) to do anything beyond the regular cleaning. Lastly, his office and staff are great. Everyone from the hygienist to the front-of-house staff are super knowledgeable on their respective areas and super prompt. They handled any billing concerns without issues and helped me send my dental images to another dentist within 30 minutes. Needless to say, I will be coming back here and wanted to highly recommend Dr. Mehr.

My experience with Allure Dental has been amazing. I don't have dental insurance and they have worked with me financially. The team has stayed late at work just so I could get in and get out of pain. They offer sedation dentistry and laughing gas. The office is very modern and they let you pick your own music on Pandora so you're as comfortable as possible. This is the best dentist I've been to and I highly recommend them to anyone.

My first visit to Allure Dental was an excellent experience. I didn't have to wait and all my questions were answered regarding my teeth. We discussed Veneers, Braces and Whitening. After the consultation we found the best solution and began the appropriate treatment to achieve my goals. I'm very pleased with the overall experience. I would highly recommend Allure Dental.

Dr. Mehr and his staff are very professional and personable! The office his clean, very comfortable and state of the art! I'm not the easiest patient to deal with when pain is involved but Dr. Mehr was very patient and understanding and was able to help me mange the pain of wisdom tooth extraction. He has a great plan for patients with no dental insurance. Every call I have made and every message left was returned by the dentist himself, right from the scheduling of the initial appointment! I would recommend Allure Dental and will continue to use Allure as long as Dr. Mehr is practicing there!

Upon arriving, the first thing I noticed was the atmosphere was welcoming, and I immediately felt comfortable. It gives off that at-home, relaxed feeling, which is a plus in my book. The employees were exceptionally adherent to my needs, consistent, friendly, and informative about their services and etc. Their service was exceptional. It appeared to me that they made sure they put their customers' needs first, which I find it hard now-a-days in most dentist/doctor offices. The wait time was minimum; 15mins. The office is equipped with the most up-to-date technology. The customers can even choose their own selection of music during the appointment- Love! Overall, I had a great experience at Allure Dental, and I definitely will be back again. I recommend others to enjoy the same experience, and make an appointment with them. You won't regret it.
