I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Since I have found Alluvial Dental Center, I look forward to making and keeping my appointments. The dentist and staff is very friendly. I love my dental hygienist and my dentist.

I received a bill from your office stating that I owe $71.00. I called your office to ask why I was receiving this bill, and I was told that the funds were not collected from my me back in 2024. I was also told that I need to come into the office so everything can be explained to me. I do not believe it is necessary for me to come in. You should be able to explain this to me directly. My question is: Why did it take nearly two years to send me a bill for $71.00? I wanted to know why this amount was not collected or billed at the time and why I am only being notified now.

I love how they can get you in quickly especially for emergencies. They're opened on Saturdays which is really convenient. I see the dentist who is a female. She is kind and informative and I love how they inform me of how long the process takes so I know exactly how long the wait is and what to expect. They also do same day final restoration so that definitely saves me a trip from coming back. So far everything has been great. Highly recommend.

The doctor was amazing! I had a molar extraction and root canals done, and they made me feel comfortable the entire time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the front desk.

He is patient, respectful, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment before beginning, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. The treatment was remarkably comfortable, with minimal discomfort, and the final results exceeded all of my expectations. I would also like to recognize the entire clinic staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Their attention to every detail and commitment to making patients feel comfortable truly sets this clinic apart. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental care, and I especially recommend requesting Dr. Mohammed Al-Khuzain. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication to his patients are truly exceptional. I loved Dr John but now that hes gone im looking for somewhere else because everyone else in the office especially the female dr and the front desk staff are not very kind or considerate. They rush through and its a different hygienist every time which tells me your turnover is high and theres usually a reaspn for that..... If anyone knows where Dr John went, let me know!
