The doctor was amazing! I had a molar extraction and root canals done, and they made me feel comfortable the entire time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the front desk.

My experience at this dental clinic was one of the best I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The clinic is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and has a calm, professional atmosphere that immediately makes patients feel at ease. Dr. Mohammed Al-Khazein, who treated me, is highly skilled, professional, and knowledgeable. He is patient, respectful, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment before beginning, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. The treatment was remarkably comfortable, with minimal discomfort, and the final results exceeded all of my expectations. I would also like to recognize the entire clinic staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Their attention to every detail and commitment to making patients feel comfortable truly sets this clinic apart. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental care, and I especially recommend requesting Dr. Mohammed Al-Khuzain. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication to his patients are truly exceptional. Dr. Park and his staff are amazing.

I loved Dr John but now that hes gone im looking for somewhere else because everyone else in the office especially the female dr and the front desk staff are not very kind or considerate. They rush through and its a different hygienist every time which tells me your turnover is high and theres usually a reaspn for that..... If anyone knows where Dr John went, let me know!

My family and I have been patients at Alluvial Dental for about 15+ years and hands down the best care we have had. My concerns are addressed promptly and before I use to have extreme anxiety just going to the dentist, and I am no longer dreading the visits or cancelling like in my past. Staff environment is great and I have recommended them to numerous family, friends, and coworkers. Andy Parks DDS and his team are highly recommended.

I had a regular cleaning. And doctor came spent literally 15 seconds with me. I am not exaggerating, not even a Hi, nothing. I had several questions I was wanting to ask, but again 15 seconds. He was Dr. Park, dentist assistant told me he is the boss. Other than facility is good. I’m coming for filling, I hope they won’t retaliate 😭

The workflow of all staff are fast, on time and nice. They have clean work area and organized and coordinated with one another. Definitely recommend to our colleagues. Keep it up!

Dr. Park was kind, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the treatment, which made me feel very satisfied with the overall experience. What I especially appreciated was that they were able to make the crown in-house using the Insight system, so I could complete treatment for two teeth and get the crowns done all in just one day.

Dentist and hygienist were great but the front desk gal was very rude when I said I couldn't afford 480 dollars worth of treatment and just wanted to get some done. I felt that was veru rude because I had to explain my financial situation which is really none of her business. Please speak with her because that is unprofessional and very rude.

I called to get an appointment, explained the situation, told them my child was referred out. The asked how she was with dentists, and she’s fine, she can sit through blood draws and not freak out, has had dental work done before no issues. Referral was because an adult tooth couldn’t be worked on at a children’s dentist. The X-rays person was where the issue started, they use the old school big block hard plastic pieces for X-rays and it was too big for her mouth, she pressed down on the tooth that hurts hard enough to leave a CUT ON HER GUM! And she freaked out, said it hurt. So they put her in a room waiting for the dentist to come in and he didn’t even ATTEMPT to do anything, he immediately stated she had to be sent to a specialist and the reason they gave on the referral was they attempted to use numbing agents whether local, inhalation or sedation and nothing worked. Again they didn’t even attempt to try a single thing. They lied on the referral paperwork, and now I have to wait for another place to be open and have availability so she can get her tooth fixed and stop being in pain. They also wouldn’t prescribe anything for pain nor antibiotics. I will absolutely never go to this place again.

Had an emergency cracked front tooth from a bike accident. They were able to get me in on a Saturday right away. Staff was amazing and friendly! The dentist did a fantastic job explaining everything and giving me options. Would highly recommend!
