Before treatment where a local anaesthetic is necessary, we always place a numbing gel on the area, so injections are as comfortable as possible & relatively pain free. Come in for a cup of coffee or tea before your appointment and discuss any dental concerns you may have. We can agree on a stop signal such as raising your left hand which you can use during your dental treatment. You are always in control! We will always listen, care and understand & want you to let us know of any aspects of dental care that upset you. We are a small practice so can provide a calm, friendly and relaxed environment. We will tell you and show you as much or as little as you wish to know before & during your treatment. You can choose to watch a movie on the overhead TV or listen to your own music. We also offer a stress ball to hold which some patients find helps them to relax.
