Absolutely amazing! Dr. Sandefer is truly one of a kind. I broke a tooth over the weekend and called as a brand-new patient hoping to be seen soon — Robin fit me in like I was family. When I arrived, every single person I met was incredibly kind and welcoming. The office felt warm and comforting, nothing like an intimidating medical setting. Within just over an hour, they had taken X-rays and completely fixed my tooth! Throughout the entire process, they talked me through each step, explaining everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The dental technician was gentle and kind, and Robin went above and beyond — smiling, checking my insurance, and making sure everything was handled seamlessly, even at the end of a busy day. It’s rare to find an office that treats you like you’re their top priority, but this one truly does. What a refreshing experience — San Antonio is lucky to have them!

The staff is very welcoming And true professionals. After my exam I was presented with several options, and recommendations regarding my situation. There was no pressure from the staff who thoughtfully presented all my options. I’m so thankful to the staff at Alon, who made my experience a very good one.

Expertise. Been coming here since they first opened this location. Dr.Sandefer told me problems I'd have BEFORE I had them, fixed them the proper way, and has NEVER given me attitude, treated me poorly, or complained that I was late or had canceled an appointment. The Hygienist remember me and ask me how my son/life is doing. Ms.Robin (Receptionist) ALWAYS answers the phone with, "Alon Dental Care, How can we make you smile today?" Simply impressed and blessed to have found and been with the best dental practice in the business!

Super flexible. They always give me a cost conscious plan that addresses issues n that r smart. Hard to find honest professionals. Dr S and staff are truly the best. Been going there for years...my son had hus broken tooth repaired twice n would come off. Dr S resolved it.period

Since moving to San Antonio in 2019 I finally decided to make the switch to a local dentist to avoid the 2 hour drive to my original dentist. I was nervous to transfer but I did some research and landed on Alon Dental Care, from the first phone call setting up myself as a new patient to my first appointment, the experience was beyond great. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Exceptional experience, welcoming office and super staff!! Glad I finally made the switch.
