Absolutely phenomenal emergency dental care — Dr. Alpers saved my smile and my trip! Late on a Friday evening, my front veneer suddenly broke — just days before I was scheduled to leave town for a business trip and a long-overdue vacation. Panic set in. There was no way I could go on this important trip with a visibly fractured smile. I began searching for the most highly rated dentist in North Scottsdale who could provide emergency weekend care. Dr. Alpers’ name immediately stood out. I first tried another recommended dentist, but only got the usual automated message — and despite waiting through the night and into Saturday morning, no one ever called me back. Then I contacted Dr. Alpers’ office — and within 30 minutes, I received a personal call from Dr. Alpers himself. I explained the urgent situation, and without hesitation, he told me to come in Sunday — on his day off — so he could help. Not only did he show up, but he skillfully crafted a custom clear retainer with a flawless temporary tooth that perfectly matched my smile — all in one visit. His work was fast, precise, and truly exceptional. Dr. Alpers is warm, compassionate, and incredibly talented. He went above and beyond to rescue my smile and save my trip. I am beyond grateful — and honestly, I can’t recommend him highly enough. Five stars aren’t enough!!!

Dr. Alpers is soft spoken, calm, reassuring. Just completed a bridge with two implants and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Prior to my procedure I received a second opinion from a well respected Periodontist in the East Valley who recommended three implants. There is a reason Alpers Family Cosmetic Dentistry was voted this year as the Best Cosmetic Dentistry practice in Arizona. It will be worth the time to make a call to Dr. Alpers

Felt very comfortable here! Was greeted by Katy, my Registered Dental Hygienist, who gave me a very thorough review and cleaning of my teeth seeing it was the 1st Cleaning here. She made me feel comfortable and pointed out some options for my well being. Met Dr. Alpers, who reviewed what Katy had captured and gave my mouth a clean bill of health, with a few items to take care of in the near future. From the moment i walked in til the moment i left, i felt very comfortable with everyone i came in contact with - Highly recommend Katy and Dr. Alpers!!!

I heard great things about Alpers Family and Cosmetic Dentistry on Reddit, so I decided to check them out for myself. I went in for a routine cleaning and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Rylie did my cleaning and she was amazing. The dentist usually makes me very anxious, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. She is incredibly personable and I felt an immediate connection to her, which made a huge difference. She explained every step of the process and really listened when I shared my concerns. The entire visit was painless, easy, and stress free, which is not something I ever thought I would say about a dental appointment. The office also uses state of the art technology that I have never seen in a dental practice before. They did a full 3D scan of my mouth, which Rylie used to clearly point out areas of concern. They even use AI to support their diagnostics, which was impressive and reassuring.

I had such a great experience at Alpers Family and Cosmetic Dentistry today. I had my first cleaning here after deciding to switch from my previous office, and I can honestly say I’ve never had such an easy and relaxing cleaning before. My hygienist, Rylie, was absolutely amazing. I really liked how she took her time during the cleaning, made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned, and was very gentle throughout the entire process. She also did a great job explaining everything she was doing, and I even learned some new things about my teeth—which was a huge plus. It was also great to see Dr. Olmos again. She’s truly the reason I no longer have cavities and why my dental health has improved so much. She also helped fix my high bite, which made a huge difference. She was the main reason I switched over in the first place, but now I can confidently say both Dr. Olmos and Rylie are the reason I’ll be staying. They’re amazing at what they do.
