I’ll be honest, going to the dentist is not exactly how I’d choose to spend my free time, but Alpine Dental makes the whole experience as easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable as possible. Kaili, my dental hygienist, was excellent. She was thorough and professional while somehow managing to make a dental cleaning feel less like a chore and more like catching up with someone who just happens to also be very good at taking care of your teeth. She explained things clearly, kept everything comfortable, and did a great job from start to finish. Dr. Marshall McArthur was also fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, while still being very clear and thoughtful about my care. I really appreciated that he took things seriously without making the visit feel overly clinical or stressful. The whole team strikes a great balance of being professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. From front office paperwork/check-in, cleanings, and any follow-up work, I’ve always felt like I’m in good hands. If you’re looking for a dentist who makes the whole process feel a little less like “well, I guess I have to do this” and a lot more like “okay, that was actually pretty painless.” Alpine Dental is a great choice. Highly recommend.

I don't know how to properly express my disappointment in this business. I had a simple cleaning and xrays. Totally covered by my insurance . The staff apparently didn't turn the claim into my dental insurance , but into my medical. The staff reached out a few months later asking me to confirm my coverage Information, which I promptly did. Over ONE year later I get a bill for $479. Yes...you read that correctly. This was only a yearly cleaning. My daughter pays cash for her dental (doesn't have insurance) and even with xrays the bill is rarely even approaching $150. But...I had insurance. Because their office staff apparently fumbled the procedure, the (obviously over charged) claim was denied. Now..over 18 months later they want me to pay $500 for a simple yearly visit. After many phone calls to the office, I expressed my concern that this entire process seems very "scammish" to me..perhaps even kicking the line on healthcare fraud. Even tho I haven't had this same Insurance for over a year, the billing manager told me she would "re-submit" the "claim". (Why didn't they just do that before you ask, I wondered the same). This brings us to current day...I now have been sent a new bill for $222 . I am nearly 2 years out from this office visit in May 2024. No explaining why. No info breakdown of why it was $500 in the beginning either . Be careful with this facility. I am at the point that I will be reporting them for insurance fraud.

So once again after a yr ago, i went back to Alpine Dental Cheyenne, awesome service and friendly people there. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Didnt feel a thing. Had one tooth pulled, great Doc! For those who have not been back before 2 years ago, before 2024 since then great service, doc talks to you, assistants very informative and they all make feel comfortable. I'm actually going by my own experience, last time 2025 also very good experience. Great front desk performance by awesome friendly personnel! Came back because of the last service was great!.Have a beautiful everday Alpine Dental personnel!

Absolutely fabulous staff and doctors I called yesterday and today 2-19-2026 my tooth probably is fixed. It takes a lot for me to see a dentist and the staff and doctors at Alpine Dental hands down made my visit as comfortable as can be. I appreciate each and everyone of yous. Thank you all!

Love alpine dental. Been with them for over a decade and they are so kind and helpful there. Lost a crown yesterday and they got me in the next day and didnt charge me at all for the temporary and replacement cause the original crown was put on a year and a half ago. Always kind and honest, love going there and will keep them as my dentists as long as I live in Cheyenne -Sarah T
