The staff at Alta is amazing, Dr. Brittany was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me. Having just moved to Texas with a dental emergency I was just hoping everything went ok. Her team went above and beyond to make me comfortable and everything went very well. Highly recommend her!

I have been going to Alta dental for several years and in that time there have been many change overs in staff and management. Dr. Groh and Dr. Gao were both incredible and helped change my life for the better. Unfortunately, the new doctor and the new management team have been so unhelpful and actually disrespectful. I spent months playing phone tag with them and they never called me back and they never sent me confirmations and never told me when they cancelled appointments. Dr.Lin told my wife her mouth was "like a toilet" and both her cap and filling fell out only a few months after getting them. She also seems to always pick the cheapest quickest options instead of the options that will last longer and look best. If I needed the cheaper option I would appreciate that but having it be something I will have to repay for later is not what I would want. Very sad Dr. Gao is no longer there as I owe a lot to her helping me improve my confidence and I hope she is doing well. Unfortunately, I do not recommend going to Alta Dental anymore until they fix their customer service. I will not be going back.
Came in for an emergency filling and they got me in right away and fixed the tooth in about 20 minutes! Such an easy and friendly experience! Can’t thank them enough for helping me such last minute! Also had some good jams playing in the exam room
The team at Alta Dental was so welcoming, supportive and thorough. They did an amazing job with my hyper sensitive gums and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I don’t want to go to any other dentist. Thanks again!
I have been so happy with my experience at Alta Dental! Everyone is very nice and welcoming, as well as caring and receptive to your needs. As someone who waited too long to go to a dentist and ALSO has big white coat syndrome, I feel very respected and supported here. Dr. Lin is very good at checking in, answering questions, relieving your worries, and making the experience as pain free and pleasant as possible. Heads up though that their parking lot always seems full, and people often park along the curb which makes it hard for cars in spots to leave.
From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. My hygienist did an amazing job and checked in with me regarding some issues that had occurred previously with sensitivity in my teeth. I could tell they value me as a patient, and I appreciate their consistent efforts to improve the experience.
