Amazing service was stressed out over getting scheduled in for a procedure and also getting pricing they got me an appointment right away 20 minutes later Im in got exam pricing and was well more affordable than other places and quick availability due to the pain I was having left with my procedure done. The office staff is great I was in a lot of pain they took care of me and got me in to see the dentist when I got into the back the staff in the back was also awesome I want to give a shout out to the people that helped me in the back which was Dr. Pooya & Janet. That level of honesty and advocacy is rare and deeply appreciated. I am very satisfied with their service. They care for my entire family and always keep us up to date with our biannual checkups, which gives us great peace of mind. A special appreciation goes to their dental cleaning process—it is extremely thorough, and I always leave with teeth that feel shiny, clean, and genuinely healthy. One of my favorite things about Alta Sky Dental is how convenient they make communication. Being able to text back and forth with the office for questions about availability, coverage, or anything else is incredibly helpful and convenient for me. I gave one star only because minus 5 stars was not an option. Worst experience ever. My granddaughter had a cavity and toothache. I called Alta Sky and was quoted $20 for xrays and exam. And $120 for a filling. I made appointment and finally got her in for the filling a week later. I called ahead the day of the appointment to ask if they were going to do the filling that day or at least give her something for the pain. I should have known it was not going to go well when they refused to give me a straight answer. I kept asking for some assirance that they were going to do the filling and I was told "maybe", "possibly", "probably." I took her to the appointment anyway and arrived 15 minutes early but waited for everyone who walked in later to be called into the back first before finally being called back for the xrays. I paid for the xrays but they refused to let me have a copy unless I gave them an additional $50. Then they presented me with a written estimate for 3 root canals and 3 fillings, just a few dollars short of $12,000! If I wanted to give them $100 for their "private insurance" the cost would only be a few dollars short of $9,000! For 3 fillings, and 3 root canals that she didn't even need! This place is insanely over priced and they'll lie on the phone to get you to book an appointment so you'll come in to be robbed. They should be closed down for their dishonest way of abusing people. They did absolutely nothing for my granddaughter. Sent her out without doing the fillings or even giving her something for pain. Unless you're rich and don't mind being lied to and treated horribly, stay away from this horrible place! And, Alta Sky, don't bother leaving your lame, insincere, don't -give-a-darn reply. You've never left one reply offering to make anything right, so don't bother leaving your usual insincere one.
