Implant-focused practice, Denver — Denver

Altitude Oral and Facial Surgery is a implant-focused practice rather than a general office that adds implants on the side, located on West 44th Avenue in Denver. The clinic is built around the day-to-day work — not boutique marketing — and serves patients replacing single teeth and patients moving past dentures. The shape of the practice fits patients who want a clear conversation about what's actually needed, with treatment staged around real priorities rather than a one-shot proposal on the first visit. If you're scoping a Denver dental option, this is a sensible practice to put on a short list of candidates and book a first visit with.
Services span the implant spectrum: single tooth implants for one missing tooth, multiple-implant bridges, full-arch reconstructions for patients moving away from dentures, bone grafting and sinus lifts when ridge volume isn't sufficient, and oral surgery for difficult extractions or pre-implant site preparation. The clinic also handles complex extraction and grafting work for cases that need a complete reset across both arches. Treatment planning is imaging-driven so cost and timeline can be set realistically up front rather than revised mid-case.
If you've put off implant work because the first quote felt unaffordable, a second consultation here is a reasonable next step.
Cost framing falls in the standard Denver implant range, with payment plans and financing available for full-arch and full-mouth cases — useful given the upfront cost of larger reconstructions. Patients searching for single tooth implant cost in Denver, CO, affordable implant dentist in Denver, CO, or dental implant financing for seniors in Denver typically compare quotes across two or three implant-focused practices before committing, and this kind of clinic belongs on that consultation slate. It suits patients with extensive tooth loss who want a definitive long-term solution rather than incremental work, and works for those who want clear staging of work over time rather than a one-shot full-mouth proposal. The Denver location works for patients already running errands in this part of Denver, and parking and transit access tend to be straightforward for the surrounding blocks.
Altitude Oral and Facial Surgery on West 44th Avenue in Denver runs a implant-focused practice covering single tooth implants, full-arch All-on-4 cases, bone grafting, and oral surgery for Denver families.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here yesterday, and as someone who has never been sedated—and is on the older side for this procedure—I was EXTREMELY nervous going in. The entire staff did an amazing job calming my nerves and reassuring me with their knowledge and professionalism. The procedure was quick, smooth, and more pain-free than I expected. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole experience. Apparently, when I woke up, I even told the team I loved them, which says a lot about how comfortable I felt. Highly recommend!
I'm glad I chose this place to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Brian Fangman is the right person, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Staff from the front desk to assistants in the back were all friendly and professional. And they do accept Medicaid. You do have a small out of pocket portion but not over ridiculous. Everything was explained throughly. I had 2 wisdom teeth that were removed, which took less than 30 minutes. Sedation was easily administrator, and my pain level after was very minimal. I was given instructions, antibiotics , and pain reliever and nausea medication. I highly recommend Altitude Oral and Facial for all your oral surgery needs.!
Don’t waste your time here. I had a consultation for TADs - they were 2 hours late for that 5 minute appointment....this was disappointing because I had a babysitter with my kids who had to leave to go to her own doctors appt. I let them know this and still I waited. Once my 5 min consultation was over (where the doctor was pretty dismissive of my questions and a bit rude...) the practice manager insisted on scheduling and having me pay in advance (Again, I was late for the babysitter, which I shared with them). I was running so late I told them I would call to schedule and that I would rather pay when I have the procedure done. They did apologize for their tardiness and did not charge me for the consultation, which I appreciated and figured they were just having an off day. Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, right? Well...if you read other reviews, seems being disrespectfully behind schedule and having a less than empathetic doctor is their thing. Now fast forward to procedure day (today), Dr.Fangman recommended oral sedation which means you cannot eat/drink for 8 hrs before surgery, totally fine - except I get there for my 9:30am procedure and 30 mins past my appointment time they call me back and explain that they do not have one of the two screws they need to perform the procedure and ask me to reschedule.....This is concerning and extremely inconvenient because 1) I have taken off work 2) My husband took off work as well because you need a driver when being sedated 3) We were paying for a babysitter to watch our kids while we were both at this appointment 4) I have not had anything to eat or drink since I woke up hours earlier to make sure I was being safe and following all their instructions. After two bad experiences, I told them I will be taking my business elsewhere. To their credit - the front desk staff was very friendly, apologetic in office and then they called a few minutes after I left to apologize again and offer a 20% discount if I rescheduled with them. I told them thank you, but no thank you. I was referred by my ortho and have already called them asking for another referral - turns out almost every other oral surgeon in the Denver area has better reviews. Do your research and choose who does your care wisely. I am not usually a review writer but would like to spare others of wasting their time and hopefully serve as a wake up call to the practice to 1) Stop overbooking your schedule, everyone's time matters...not just yours. 2) Make sure you are organized and prepped to have the materials for a surgery BEFORE the day of the surgery.
It is not often I write reviews, but feel this will help others when looking for care. I called on Nov 12 and scheduled a procedure for my son on Dec 23. I got a voice message from the office staff on Nov 19th ask me to call them back. When I called back they couldn't figure out who called me or what they needed to discuss with me and stated if they figure it out they would call me back. Then today Dec 9 I get a text reminder about the appointment with the wrong date. I call them and let them know I got a text with the wrong date and was told "so yeah the doctor won't be in the office on the 23rd so will the16th work". I told them no and that I don't feel like the office is organized enough and that I will be taking my business else where. I worked the rest of my schedule around this appointment and am disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism.
My boyfriend, Myles was referred here for his wisdom teeth removal and while we had to have the appointment rescheduled twice, the overall experience was great and he got them removed this last Thursday 8/22. All the staff we encountered at his consultation and his surgery were all very friendly and nice. Brandon, the attending, was absolutely wonderful, answered all our questions and explained everything on surgery day. My boyfriend is also afraid of needles and they made the experience easy for him by allowing him to hold another attending’s hand to ease his anxiety as I could not be back there to, which is totally understandable and okay. They helped us to the car gave us the instructions we needed to know and a syringe for his aftercare. With his insurance there was an out of pocket cost for certain things but they were all explained to us when we asked about it over the phone so nothing was hidden which is great! Overall, me and my boyfriend on his behalf just want to say thanks to the team here he had a smooth surgery day and is currently healing up good!
