Jose is always friendly when I come in and does his best to help me with everything. Crystal is very upbeat and answers my questions with a smile. Dr Persaud has been great as well.

I've been going to this dentist for about 15 years. I'm very satisfied with the services provided and the work the doctor has done on my teeth. Highly recommended for his services and professionalism. I recommend him to everyone.

I have been coming to this dentist now for about a year and everything has been great. The doctor is great and very friendly. The office staff is great also.

UPDATE (October 5): Unfortunately, I did not receive the call they allegedly made around 1:00 a.m. I began receiving calls today, but by then I had already received my root canal elsewhere. 0 stars. I contacted this office because it was advertised as providing 24-hour emergency dental services. I called two numbers and left voicemails while experiencing severe tooth pain, but I was unable to reach anyone when I needed emergency care. Based solely on my personal experience, the service I received did not meet my expectations based on the advertising. I ultimately had to seek treatment elsewhere and would personally not recommend this office for urgent dental needs.

Dr. Persaud has been my dentist for 18 years. I moved out of state, but made sure to come back to him. The whole Amberly Family dentistry office is so reliable, hard-working, kind, and accommodating. They truly care about my dental health and my comfort. I love how long they retain staff, but even new members have always been wonderful. Being an educator, I feel that they work with my schedule and give me appointments during breaks or Saturdays or even late when needed. I am grateful for the care, I’ve received here for so many years and highly recommend this dental office.

My first experience here did not go as intended their xray machine stopped working and I was never seen by the dentist after a 3 hour wait was told to just "chilll" i got up and left sorry I wouldn't recommend these people im going to a professional place the 2 men at the front desk are nice tho. Never got to meet the dentist..

I was nervous at first, but the staff at Amberly Family Dentistry made me feel comfortable right away. The emergency dentist responded quickly, took care of my toothache and gave me fast relief, and the whole experience was friendly and professional. I love how prompt and helpful everyone is, and I’ll definitely keep coming back for all my family’s dental needs.

I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for Amberly Family Dentistry. After being given the runaround by other dentists, they were the first to truly listen and show compassion for my autistic son. The dentist treated him with so much patience, kindness, and respect — it meant the world to us. I left feeling heard, supported, and thankful beyond words. They didn’t just provide dental care — they gave us comfort, understanding, and hope.

Says 24/7 935pm emergency tooth pain no answer on calls no one at office drove there sat called no answer again definitely not 24/7 emergency service.

The doctor at this practice was extremely condescending and uninformative. I came in with a toothache and when I inquired about my care options care he dismissively pointed out that I was in pain and my options were limited to extraction when they were in fact not. So much for COSMETIC SPECIALISTS! I suffered through debilitating pain for another month or so researching options on my own before finding a new dentist would not leave me toothless and I would do it again before letting someone so careless about their patient even peak in my mouth which is ALL he did. I was honestly going to charge it to the fact that some people just aren’t good inside and only see you as a number until I get a letter about collections for the cost of the evaluation because THEY didn’t timely process their insurance claim in the 6+ weeks before I found a new dentist. It was already a horrible enough experience that I would rather be in excruciating pain before using this dentist and now that I’m STILL being inundated by their poor business practices I feel the need to make it known.

Made a trip at 3:11am in pain only to find out they’re closed while showing there open 24 hours

I honestly had such a great experience here. The procedure went way smoother than I expected, and the team made me feel really comfortable. The assistant was especially personable and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which helped ease my anxiety so much. What really stood out was the follow-up. Dr. Persaud personally called to check on me afterward, which I’ve never experienced before. I was honestly shocked but in a good way. That level of care meant a lot and made me feel truly taken care of. I highly recommend this office!
