If they tell you you need a root canal or any sort of procedure, PLEASE get a second opinion from somewhere else. They scammed me by telling me I needed a root canal when I didn’t and lowered the price when I started to leave to get a second opinion. They also tried telling my friend he needed a root canal but he decided not to and 2 years later he’s completely fine still.

Just to be clear, Dr. Mikhael is an AMAZING dentist. She is the only reason I bother going here. Office staff earned the 1 star. The itemized receipts I get from this place are ALWAYS wrong. My insurance and FSA flagged this office as fraudulent. For example, I paid 1400 for dental surgery. The itemized receipts I was given by their staff showed I should have only been charged $740 by their own calculation. My FSA flagged it. After multiple calls with front desk, they continuously emailed me erroneous receipts showing different amounts. After the 3rd time receiving a PDF receipt, it looks like random amounts were changed and input to reflect the $1400 I was originally charged. Same issue keeps happening with every service I get here. I’m charged X amount but the receipts requested show a lesser Y amount. My FSA keeps flagging this place.

I had an outstanding experience with this dental office during a stressful situation. I needed an emergency crown, and the team was able to get me in quickly and complete the crown the very next day. On top of that, they went above and beyond to help me find a specialist for my root canal, coordinating everything so that my entire treatment was completed within just three days. A huge thank you to Debby, Dr. Nguyen, Jose, and Frankie for their exceptional care and professionalism. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Their communication, efficiency, and genuine concern for their patients truly set them apart. I couldn’t be more grateful for how smoothly they handled everything and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came to the office last December. Everybody was nice. The only problem I had that one to remove a tooth and I told him I needed to go to all searching so I would’ve had to pay 900 out of my pocket plus my insurance then they lower it down to 600. I still thought it was too much. I found another dentist for a second opinion and I got my tooth removed less than they wanted it for so I think sometimes they push on something you don’t need just went to a regular dentist and he pulled my toot

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything felt really organized from start to finish. Tony does an awesome job making sure things run smoothly and that patients feel comfortable. The service was efficient, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!! Truly a great experience. Came in to do root canals by Dr Rahi and crown work by Dr Nguyen. Antonio and Gam were so friendly, patient, and kind! The whole office made sure I was comfortable and everyone was very professional. Everything went smoothly so I will definitely be back again!!! Edit: Just had my cleaning with Madorie!! And she is the sweetest! Thank you for being so kind!

Look out for this pattern. This is the first time this happened to me at this business. However, it’s something that I’ve experienced with other dentists. About three weeks ago. I booked my appointment for this past Saturday for 8AM. When I scheduled the appointment. I specifically mention I only can do Saturday for a check/cleaning. I understand that I might have to take a full day of work off for major work. They understood. They looked up my insurance and we were good to go. When I check in she tells me my insurance doesn’t qualify for the dentist that is currently there. Meaning I would have to pay full amount out of my pocket. The receptionist did apologize to me that she didn’t call me to let me know. Note: This business has multiple dentist that work off different networks. Please beware you will not get a cancellation fee from them or for waiting your time.

I am so grateful for the excellent care I received at this dental office. They were able to take me in last minute, which I truly appreciated as I am visiting from out of town. From the moment my call was answered, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and reassuring. The dentist went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. On top of the exceptional service, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the visit was. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and reasonably priced dental care.
