Not sure what’s up with dental offices these days pushing/scaring you into thinking you need a specific service. I do want to note that the staff is super nice but this place is extremely pushy. I was told I needed a bunch of things and when I said I wanted to think about it they just kept mentioning their financing options. It makes it hard to believe these providers because it seems like a straight cash grab. I had to push them to only provide me with a cleaning and no add-ons. The lady that was doing my consultation was trying to be sneaky by adding the laser treatment and I only caught it when reading the papers. I had to emphasize that I only wanted the basic services covered in my plan. They clearly seemed annoyed I didn’t want to get anything else done. They also had to rush to do the basic “cleaning” I wanted because of how long that consultation/scam took, felt like they didn’t do a proper job. Please do your research and visit another dental location, I will definitely be going somewhere else.

The facility was quick to respond to my oral situation. They were patient and informative. They recognized my emotional state of being and were most accommodating. Debby S was the person who asked aided me. She was empathetic, made sure I was comfortable, explained the process and assured me she’d be with me however I needed her. I know I could not have made it through this experience without her. Thank you Debby On 8/18, I started having a deep cleaning done. I informed the technician of my concerns and she treated me as well f I was her own mother. She noticed when I needed to relax and had me take breaks, gave me exercises to help me through the process. I am so grateful to her. Of the had a daughter, I hope she would be like her. Their office is clean and well maintained. Cleaning services have been inconsistent as I never get the same hygienist. The front office is not great, they are pleasant but not effective. Every visit I ask for an itemized receipt, every visit I’m assured I will have it emailed within 24 hours, and every visit I have to follow up.

I don't recommend this clinic. I went for a regular cleaning, but they told me I needed a deep cleaning and that my insurance didn't cover everything; it would cost me $635. I told them I didn't have that amount and asked if they could do a regular cleaning, but they said no, it had to be a deep cleaning. So I left without any service. But half an hour later, they called me saying they had spoken with the dentist and that they could do a regular cleaning, but I should come back in four hours. I couldn't go back that same day, so I planned to return another day. But an hour later, I received a message from my pharmacy saying I had a medication to pick up, which I had no idea what it was or where to get it from. I called my pharmacy, and this clinic sent me 500ml of amoxicillin without notifying me or explaining what it was for. A terrible experience.

I had a great experience with this dental practice. They all made me feel welcomed and kept checking into to make sure I was comfortable. Big shout out to Nguyen & his team, along with Ramon. Great team !

Thank you to all the staff at Anaheim Modern Dentistry! I cannot recommend them enough. I was terrified of going back to the dentist but they made my appointments so easy and were so empathetic to my fear. They made me feel so comfortable and safe. Thank you to Ramon and Dr. Patel for being so patient with me and making sure I would not feel any pain.

I had a great experience for my 6 month checkup. Francisco took my x-rays and he was very friendly and talkative. After Dr. Pandhoh did my cleaning, Jose and Jam came in to finish and were both very nice. I do have a couple cavities and I will definitely come back to Dr. Pandhoh and the rest of the staff to have them finished. Glad to call these people my dentists!

If they tell you you need a root canal or any sort of procedure, PLEASE get a second opinion from somewhere else. They scammed me by telling me I needed a root canal when I didn’t and lowered the price when I started to leave to get a second opinion. They also tried telling my friend he needed a root canal but he decided not to and 2 years later he’s completely fine still.

Just to be clear, Dr. Mikhael is an AMAZING dentist. She is the only reason I bother going here. Office staff earned the 1 star. The itemized receipts I get from this place are ALWAYS wrong. My insurance and FSA flagged this office as fraudulent. For example, I paid 1400 for dental surgery. The itemized receipts I was given by their staff showed I should have only been charged $740 by their own calculation. My FSA flagged it. After multiple calls with front desk, they continuously emailed me erroneous receipts showing different amounts. After the 3rd time receiving a PDF receipt, it looks like random amounts were changed and input to reflect the $1400 I was originally charged. Same issue keeps happening with every service I get here. I’m charged X amount but the receipts requested show a lesser Y amount. My FSA keeps flagging this place.
