Great Service at Anchorage Midtown Dental! I typically don't write reviews, but the great service I received at Anchorage Midtown Dental deserves one. My positive experience began with Leilani over the phone, who was awesome when setting up my appointment and clearly letting me know what to expect. On the day of my visit, the team was incredibly efficient. Dr. Burke and Ms. Chun conducted my initial exam, clearly explaining all my treatment options and necessary next steps. Best of all, they were able to schedule my cleaning for the same day. Brittany, who performed the cleaning, was truly outstanding. Not only does she have great vibes, but you can tell she takes immense pride in her work and is incredibly thorough--she likes her job. She was diligent during my cleaning and patiently answered every question and entertained each comment I had. Thanks to her detailed explanation, I finally understand and actually saw what tartar looks like. And she was able to get my cleaning done in 1 visit instead of 2! The entire staff made the experience informative, convenient, and excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Midtown dental for years and I really enjoy the treatment and services I get there. The staff has been very receptive to what I’ve said about my own needs and dental care. They’ve worked with me on improving my own dental hygiene. Recently, one of my dental hygienist was a little too forceful for my taste on my cleaning, and I brought it up with her and discussed it.
