Bad service, front office ladies don’t even greet or smile you when you arrive nor ask you what you need help with. I’ve waited 10 minutes to get entertained until I approach them that’s the time they entertain us. Poor communication, hygienist just clean my son’s teeth for less than 5 minutes and told us he is good to go, and never inform us about the referral that dentist made nor handed us a referral note. I’ve known the referral when we came back for another appointment after 3 months, so frustrating. I pulled out my whole family from this dental clinic. When I complain about what happened, the lady was so rude and blame us instead of apologizing. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, you will have anxiety.
Dr. Asif and Si were so attentive, soothing, and thorough, I had never felt so relaxed at a dental office.
Anderson Lake Dental is fantastic! The friendly front desk staff makes scheduling an appointment and follow-up visits super easy! The hygienists I've seen have all been great! Most recently Omar was very thorough but also very careful — thanks Omar! And both Dr. Shiraz and Dr. Ambereen have been wonderful as well and always communicate clearly about how things look and what to focus on between cleanings.
