I was referred by the VA to this dental clinic. From the beginning, the staff were amazing and top notch professionals. I was assisted by Ms. Delia who is a Hygienist. She was very clear as to what procedures she was going to do. Then, I met Dr. Morcos. He explained exactly the specifics and made sure he answered any questions I might have. The day of the procedure, I met Ms. Kelly who is the Dental Assistant. She explained to me the preparation she’s going to do for Dr. Morcos. The procedure was over before I knew it. I did not feel a thing. It took maybe 30 minutes if that. I was given the aftercare instructions and they ordered my meds. By the time I got to my car, it was ready for pickup. Then later in the day, Dr. Morcos did a follow up with me and said to call the office if I have any issues. I don’t think I have ever been in a civilian medical/dental facility that was this great at treating their patients. As a Veteran, I have been in many different community treatment facilities and by far, they are the best I have encountered. Undoubtedly deserving of 5 stars. Thank you very much for taking care of me. D. Alejandro, US Army Veteran

Yesterday was my first visit to Dr. Dreyer's office. WOW!!! I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of his staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I can't imagine what else I would ask for from his office. His explanations were clear and complete. Their use if technology made everything easier to understand. I would recommend Dr. Dreyer without any reservations. Great experience.

I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist. Walking into the office felt very different, no sterile smell, comfortable, upholstered chairs, more like a living room. It was calming. The office staff was warm and cordial, yet professional. It was a short wait and they took me back to the exam room. The staff assisting Dr. Dryer are also amazing and professional. They took their time with doing all the measurements, making sure I was comfortable. And when Dr. Dryer came in he was just as pleasant and professional as his entire staff. He was not rushed. He examined my mouth, took a history of previous treatment, explained what was found, and my choices regarding treatment. I was pleased with the proposed treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Dryer.

Very good experience so far. (Procedure completed and will know if all is well in a few weeks.). Dr. Dreyer is very professional which results in my confidence in his abilities. His office is clean and efficiently run. His staff was great - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I don’t know their names other than Stacy’s. She was great. They all were. My only suggestion would be a little more communication on post-procedure care and for the doctor to describe his process more during the procedure. That? Of course is only my preference. May not suit everyone. In any case, if I am unfortunate enough to require more periodontal work, I will happily go back to Dr. Dreyer.

Very frustrating experience with this office. I was originally told that my insurance would cover the procedure I needed. After the work was already done, they told me my insurance actually didn’t cover it and required me to pay for everything out of pocket. On top of that, I was never contacted about any outstanding balance. I didn’t receive a call, text, or email. Since I had moved to a new address, I never received any mail either. The first time I found out about the balance was when it had already been sent to collections. A simple phone call, text, or email could have prevented this entire situation and given me the chance to resolve the balance. Instead, it went to collections.
