I had my first visit with Dr. Yu this past week upon recommendations from several friends. Dr. Yu and his staff were great. Efficient, timely, professional and friendly. I felt right at home.

I came to this office based on a friend's recommendation. I am 60-something and have a new Toyota's worth of work done in my mouth. I deeply miss my (retired) dentist of 40 years and haven't been able to find the customized care, thoroughness, intelligence and sensitivity he gave me. Until Dr. Yu. In my initial exam, he conservatively assessed my dental work, making notes of areas to watch as we go along. He answered my questions frankly and expressed his obviously knowledgeable opinion on the key reason for my visit. He was conversational and made eye contact. The whole process, from the initial phone call to schedule and subsequent online paperwork was very smooth. EVERYONE I encountered in that visit came off as engaging, welcoming, and VERY skilled--Barb who works the front, in the industry for 40 years, who reinforced my opinion how Dr. Yu is uniquely suited for this profession. Jasmine, his dental assistant who did the initial exam. She reminded me of chief forensic scientist Abby of NCIS fame, thorough and savvy. Then Ashley, the one who did my teeth cleaning. She not only did the ultrasonic margin cleaning but followed up with hands-on-scrubby-but-not-brusque detail work, finishing with polish then very adept teeth and bridges flossing. Hands down the best cleaning I've had in years. For some reason this particular group is tight. They have an attitude that is somehow over and above the motions of running a business. Maybe it's that they are so comfortable with being seriously competent that they can be human. For there to be this many people in one place with that demeanor is extraordinary. I HIGHLY recommend these people.

I would rate this establishment 10+ stars. They were very pleasant from the time I walked in until the time I was finished and walked out. I never felt rushed, felt like I was treated with much respect and wasn't being nickeled and dimed for additional services that wasn't needed. I would highly recommend Doctor Yu and his staff. Every time I have an appointment I receive exceptional service!!! They are very consistent!

I have been a client of Dr. Yu's and have never been disappointed with my care. His office staff and his dental assistants have always been so on top of everything....polite and on-time. I highly recommend Dr. Yu to anyone looking for a wonderful professional dentist.

First of all I can start with Barb at the front desk who is amazing at what she does, and also an awesome person that loves to help and it shows! Dr Andy Yu has a hand that’s so gentle, I don’t feel any pain with injections which has always led to my anxiety with dentists the numbing with the needle hurt so bad, but Dr Yu I don’t know how he does it but wow! I will be getting all my dental needs with this office.

Dr. Yu and his technicians & office staff were extremely helpful and kind. They handled an emergency tooth extraction with expertise and care. The overall follow up was exceptional and their technical work at adding to my partial and re-fitting it for me was detailed perfectly. I thank them for their cooperation and consideration!
